I asked to speak with a manager they would not talk to me about a shipping problem this place should shut down the managers there should be fired!

Had to return a purchase I made from nine west website. Was charged a restocking fee of 7.00. Never again will I order from them

Ordered for my wife. Everything fit. Material meets all specifications and expectations. Excellent, reasonable price.

Ordered shoes to take away on vacation. Needed them in a rush so I paid $20 extra bc the website said they would ship 2-3days. A week went by and when I called they said it meant 2-3 days to leave warehouse. I asked to have my shipped refunded or to cancel the order since I wouldn't have them in time and I did they didn't. Their response was tough and on top of it all I was charged a restock fee for returning them. They were awful cheap quality

Shoes/boots take 2 1/2 - 3 weeks to arrive. This isn't from the odd order. I've ordered at least once a month - several pairs at a time - for several months. In the time it takes the merchandise to arrive the shoes/boots have gone on sale, when I've bought at full price & by the time they are here they are then unreturnable.
There are NO supervisors or managers available at any time of day. They do not exist. I want quality footwear & will pay the price - but NOT shoddy service. Give me Steve Madden (2 day delivery), Jessica Simpson, Santana, Marc Jacobs any day. Their service is worth it.

Their shoes have a nice look and are of good quality. I've never had a problem purchasing something from this site. There was never a time when I had to return something. The shoes are stunning, comfy, and last an eternity! Simple, elegant, and fashionable. I contacted Nine West to learn that they only over a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. With supply chains in their current state, who can buy from this company? Tone Deaf... Lost customer..
