I bought online booties for my wife birthday on November 26th pay it I'm still waiting to receive. Merchandise my order number is ******* 8 and I paid 71 dollars and seventy-eight cents. Include 16.95 shipping, a poke with someone on Nov 29 and told me that my package was on mt way still waiting for tracking #. I'm really disappointed Nine West have a great merchandise. But I don't know if I will continue buying from them in the future. I have to call my credit card company to dispute the payment.

Ordered winter boots from nine west for the first time. And order took awhile to get fulfilled and then upon arrival. Only one pair of boots arrived out of the two I ordered. They need to get this resolved. Calling first thing in the morning. I should've just stuck with my normal… (Macys) worth the extra $20 dollars, at least the order is always complete. Won't ever order from ninewest again. And whoever packed my order to begin with needs to be fired! This is the reason companies lose business. Where is the Quality control specialist.

I never wore the shoes they are in perfect condition - the size I normally wear for these 2 pair don't fit correctly. To the point where I would get blisters or fall out of the shoes and hurt myself. The customer service number I called for a return and refund is a call center - talked to 5 people over 5 days, none of them could help. They want to give me a gift card instead of a refund. UH - gift card? Meaning you think I want to shop with Nine West again? I even asked who they work for, and they didn't even know that. The lowest of the low people on the customer service chain. I have been a nine west customer my whole adult life (30 plus years) and I will NEVER buy anything from that brand again - they are going down and have lost my business. They refused to give me a refund so now I'll keep my wrong sized shoes. Who knows maybe I'll slip out of the shoes that are too big and fall - that would put them out of business for good. Time to go, Nine West - please go away and save us from interacting with pure stupidity at your call center, wasted time and lots and lots of frustration and aggravation.

Defective shoes they sent me defective shoes
One pair of pumps one were a size 10 and the other pair of pumps were a 10 1/2. The back part of the other pair one of the shoes were warped. Poor craftsmanship very poor. There was a time when Nine West was a reputable company.
The other 2 pairs of pumps I purchased that weren't defective are very uncomfortable and painful poorly made shoes you feel everything on the ground. Felt like the heel was about to break.
I actually purchased these shoes for a trip to Italy. A total embarrassment
Trying to save money for a long vacation. Big mistake my advice invest in two pairs of good Italian made shoes. Do not buy American because it's usually made in China.
They take no pride in their products it's all about taking your money.

I have not posted any pictures or my receipt of purchase because I'm in my bed writing this review. They are not worth another moment of suffering.

Have an excellent collections of handbags and footwear. Styles and colors are super. Price varies according to the product.

I use to be a fan. My last order was a complete bust. The quality of the nine west shoes is beyond bad. My shoe fell completely apart after 2 wears and a refund would have been the fair thing to do. Instead, my only option was a store gift card. So I can buy more sucky shoes? Save yourself... buy anything but nine west!

Nine West shoes are eye- catching and comfortable to wear. Unfortunately the quality of their shoes is terrible which is quite disgraceful given that they are NOT cheap. The heel-stopper and the inner lining are the first to go, and then the upper shoe starts to come unstuck from the sole. I've had shoes from other brands which have lasted 15 - 20 years... for the same price. The love affair with NW is drawing to a close: I'm tired of replacing my Nine West shoes. I love their styles but I'm done with having to carry around an extra pair of shoes to a party because I can't trust my year-old Nine Wests to stay with me on the dance floor

If I need to buy some shoes then I use only this online shop. Why? Because there I can find all I need. Also, I really like that the size feets excellent. So, guys, it's really cool place with a big choice and affordable prices.

Why soooo cute? I super love the designs especially for the cubs. My niece will walk comfortably with the pair I bought for her. Can't wait to see her wear them. She got matching dresses for sure. Will order more!

I have had a pair of heels for 2 months and the material has started to peel on the heel and at the toe. The complaints department advised this is ware and tare. Shoes of this "quality" should not do this!

They have good collection of ladies handbags and footwear. Unique styles and are at different rate. Ladies will love to shop over hear.

I rate them a ZERO! I purchased 2 pairs of boots on line. They were both too tight- when I requested an exchange label I was told they were final sale. I didn't want my money back! Now I am stuck with 2 pairs of boots that I cannot wear. And every knows Nine West is NOT cheap. I work hard for my money and take great value in the things that I earn. I will never order from them again.

I've spent A LOT of money... I have spent over $400 with Nine West in the last month, for this to be the second time I've been inconvenienced and it was not my fault! This is unacceptable! Completely unacceptable! I had to pay out of pocket for the last order I received because I was given the incorrect return information, now this?! Something else needs to be done! I do not intend to shop with Nine West or purchase any Nine West products every again after this SECOND unacceptable resolution, so a gift card that was offered to me will not suffice.

I don't care if I have to take this matter to corporate as well as the unsatisfactory lack of resolution and compensation from the first order of almost $300 that I purchased, but something else needs to be done. I just placed another order 2 nights ago, and had I known this would be the case, I NEVER would have ordered from you all again. I hate this company and the lack of quality service and resolution that's been provided, especially to a customer who has gone out of their way to support this business.

Who is the next person higher up that I need to speak to?

I've had so many issues with their merchandise, returns & refund process, website, and customer service in these last 2 months that I don't even have the energy to rehash them all. Just look up any other website's reviews for them (Besides NineWest.com, because they don't publish any negative reviews) and take my word for it. I've ordered 9 pairs of shoes and returned all but 1 cute, but nevertheless uncomfortable pair. I've attached photos of my most recent (and final) purchase from them. They retail at $89.00... I am thoroughly DONE with this company and will never purchase from them again. Don't waste your time, unless you actually like making your life harder and throwing your $$ down the drain on restocking fees or cheap, defective shoes.
