Nike Reviews Summary

Nike's reputation is marked by a strong appreciation for product quality and innovative design, with many customers praising the performance and aesthetic appeal of their offerings. However, significant concerns dominate the feedback, particularly regarding customer service inefficiencies, warranty issues, and difficulties with order fulfillment and returns. Customers frequently express frustration over unresponsive support and perceived indifference to their complaints, leading to a sense of dissatisfaction and mistrust. Overall, while Nike excels in product development, its customer service approach requires substantial improvement to align with the expectations of its loyal clientele.

Never Nike
February 9, 2024

Nike is okay to look at but they disintegrate right before your eyes, seriously never wear more than 6 months weather you use a lot or hardly at all… they lose their structural integrity so quickly and this can lead to all kinds of injuries to Feet, Knees and Hips. They are not well made!

Military Discount Denial
February 8, 2024

Nike's military discount has deteriorated over the years. It started at 20%, then to 10% and now they created a policy to DENY it. For a company worth $151 BILLION, how could this discount affect profits? It reminds me of the BATE and SWITCH. You honor Veterans SOMETIMES!

I'm being fair when scoring Nike a 3 out of 5, I used to love their gear, but now it seems that the quality just isn't there. Quality definitely gone downhill and for that reason, my rating shows that. I would have loved to give ya a 5 out 5. Sorry x.

The Disloyalty of Nike.
February 2, 2024

If footlocker can give their customers a better chance of getting the most highly sorted after products then why can't Nike do the same for their customers? It leaves a bad taste in my mouth for sure every time I sit there waiting for ten am to hit the button just to get a message saying you didn't get em. I spend thousands of dollars on your products that are available to me and I feel like that should put me in front of the line. If it's going to be a thing where I have to keep going to the third-party sites paying two and three times as much to get the products I really want then I might as well just delete my SNKRS and Nike accounts and just buy fashion designers shoes from now on.

I purchased a large amount of gift cards prior to Christmas as presents. The gift cards were used prior to Christmas by a scammer. I provided Nike with the receipt for the gift cards with numbers, they have told me that they expect law enforcement to find the scammer for Nike to consider giving us a credit. What responsibility does Nike have to either not sell gift cards or take measures to reduce how scammers can easily scam Nike gift cards? Apparently, none to Nike. The consumer is definitely NOT a priority to this company. Do not buy Nike!

While trying to purchase a pair of Nikes for my grandchild the website blocked my purchase. For no known reason. I called customer service and they couldn't work around it. Please understand I am not a child, have an excellent credit rating with nothing to justify this. An hour and a half later I still could not purchase these shoes for my grandchild. I was told zi would receive an email connecting me to the ability to purchase and never did. My grand daughter is heartbroken and I will never purchase a pair ok Nikes again

I am writing to express my disappointment with the quality of the [Airforce 1- Invoice No- ******* & Complain no *******] that I purchased from at Phoenix' Mall Mumbai, Within just four months of purchasing these shoes, the sole has become significantly damaged, which is unacceptable for a product of this caliber. After submission all the details and shoes picture in help line, I got replied after 2 days that "we regret to inform you that the claim did not meet our claim eligibility guidelines" I kindly request that i need desired resolution, whether it's a replacement, repair, refund. This experience has left me dissatisfied and concerned about the durability and quality of your footwear. I believe it is low quality sole or manufacturing defects. But your company is giving excuses to me to avoid the replacement.
See how it is damaged within four months of purchasing? The nike brand and I have always held your products in high regard. However, this experience has left me dissatisfied and concerned about the durability and quality of your footwear. I believe it is low quality sole or manufacturing defects. Nike shoe review
December 16, 2023

I would like to recommend Nike shoes because they are very comfortable. You will never want to take Nike shoes off because they are so comfortable. There are so many kinds of Nike shoes and you can get a pair just for you. You can get your Nike shoes at Amazon right now. The price of the shoes are about 100$. The models I have are Giannas Immortals. I love them.

I tried Nike shoes for the first time because I heard they were very comfortable from the Amazon reviews. Well most of the NBA players wear Nike shoes. I wasn't getting much traction on the court until I wore Giannas Immortals. About 80% of the NBA players wear these. I am credible because I have worn these shoes for seven years. I have this product for my basketball shoes and have had them for practice and games. I would recommend Nike shoes over any other shoe because they are very comfortable and have the best traction for the basketball court.

The Giannias Immortals are very comfortable. I have tried several different types of shoes but nothing like these. My favorite by far are the Giannias Immortals. When I am running I do not have any problems with my feet hurting. There are a variety of different types of Nike shoes. These are made with ankle support. When I was going up for a rebound I came down and rolled my ankle but it did not stop me from going out of the game because of the great ankle support. They also have great traction. Nike shoes are always improving their traction. In my experience I never had to worry about falling down because of the great traction.

I recommend this to people that like to play basketball or run. I recommend it to this type because you want to feel comfortable on the court and want to be safe. It is a little pricey but worth it. I would not recommend you wearing outside of the court.

Doesn't consider people's unfortunate situations.
December 12, 2023

I accidently somehow managed to do a double order of the exact same thing. The charge went threw twice. Being I have limited funds left for my kids christmas. I had enough to purchase these items once! The rest of the money I had was suppose to go to making sure our electric was paid! Now without that money because I have to wait up to 48hrs for a response and it could be too late we may end up with our electric shut off! What a Christmas joy it will be if we stuck not able to cook or enjoy Christmas! No consideration for us struggling single parents out here. Quicker support and response is needed as well as longer extended time to cancel orders! I will not be ordering from here for a while if at all anymore! In tears all morning! Thanks for the non support right now.

What Happened To Nike?
December 12, 2023

I am a middle-aged sneaker head. Some of my most memorable moments as a kid and young man have been opening those Jordan 4's, 5's and 6's. Those models are my gems. When I'm not rocking a pair of J's, I rock Air Max 1's and 90's, or Air Max slides.

I have had an affinity with Nike shoes since I was a child. My 3 decade long loyalty to Nike has been mostly rewarded….up until now.

I don't know what happened that manifested such a stark change in their behavior or policies toward their loyal customers, but I recently bought my daughter a nice pair of Jordan Flight sweats she was dying to get for Xmas. Well OnTac delivered the package to wrong house (no surprise there). When I found the house it was delivered to (based on the delivery photo), the package was gone.

I've had this happen once before a couple Christmases back. Nike was very supportive and made sure I got properly compensated. It was an unfortunate but relatively painless experience. I was pleased. When I called them today however, the agent was quite combative and was making accusations of a criminal intent, which caught me completely off guard and ended up offending me on a deep level. I was told that Nike will no longer offer me assistance with returns or refunds.

I'm appalled that a company would go to such great lengths to treat a valued customer of their's in this manner. I won't lie, it will be hard to separate myself from a company that has brought so much enjoyment to my life. But I can't see myself willingly spending anymore money at Nike.

Took our college student in to get new shoes at Famous Footwear during BOGO 1/2 off sale. Advertising signs hanging throughout the store with small print about exclusiuons. At checkout we are charged full price for both pair of Nike's. When questioning sales associate she started that Nike does not allowed their shoes to be included in that sale, which also includes the Nike owed Hey Dudes and Converse. Shame on Nike, your company doesn't profit enough to provide hardworking customers discounts. This is shameful on the company's part. Not to mention I'm sure those sales associates deal with so many angry customers after finding this out. If you don't want to be included then send them a large sign that proudly announces your brands are too good to be discounted.

Very disappointed former Nike customer

IS NIKE.COM A FAKE SITE
December 9, 2023

No, Nike.com is the official website of the well-known sports brand Nike. It's the legitimate online platform where customers can purchase Nike products directly from the company. However, it's important to be cautious online, as there might be fraudulent websites that mimic the appearance of legitimate sites like Nike.com in an attempt to deceive customers.

To ensure you're on the authentic Nike website, here are a few tips:

Check the URL: Make sure the web address is correct. The official Nike website is www.nike.com.

Look for Security Features: Legitimate websites often have security features like HTTPS in the URL and a padlock symbol in the address bar, indicating a secure connection.

Check Contact Information: Authentic websites usually have clear contact information, including a physical address, customer service phone number, and email address.

Research the Site: Look for reviews or information about the website online. If it's a scam or a fake site, there might be warnings or negative reviews from other users.

Be Wary of Deals Too Good to Be True: If the prices seem unbelievably low or if the website is offering extreme discounts that seem too good to be true, it might be a red flag for a fake site.

If you're uncertain about a website claiming to be Nike or have any suspicions about its authenticity, it's best to refrain from making any purchases and, instead, directly visit the official Nike website or use authorized retailers to ensure a secure shopping experience.
