I wouldn't order again unless I REALLY want something. I'm neutral about this situation because Nike didn't really do anything wrong and their website and process was very easy to handle which is why I gave them 5-star because I didn't want to be biased. However, read the returns instructions carefully. I was under the impression that Nike has a free shipping (minimum order) and free returns policy.
I took a risk (first order on Nike) and bought this $220 jacket that categorized itself as loose fit, so I went with their smallest size on the chart which was XS. I'm normally a size S in everything USA. When this XS jacket turned out too big still, I thought "no problem, I'll just return". I went through the process and it turns out the return label for guests is just a mailer label. It's not a pre-paid return label which is for members only. I made an account after to see if I could get the pre-paid label but of course, it didn't recognize my order even though the account and order was made from the same email.
Now I have to commute 1 hour to a Nike store to return because this jacket is so large and heavy, shipping it back would cost at least $30 and I'm responsible for it if it's lost in transit. Unless you want to make an account just for that ONE item at Nike, I would say don't bother unless you're ok with paying for returns. God knows what UPS or the post office will charge you.
Nike has been a trusted brand and I have only good memories wearing Nike and wil continue wearing Nike til iam old and great.

I ordered the Nike sweatshirt on October 12,2020. Cash on delivery. The sweatshirt turned out to be too small so I gave it back. Really, in the darkest visions, I did not foresee the nightmare connected with money refund... It is a torment... Do not count on a fast money refund as in the case of Zalando:-) Everything is soooo complicated, I think it is done on purpose! It's 16/11/2020 and I still haven't got my money back... I will not let it go. I will report the matter to the Consumer Ombudsman. Next I will report extorting to the Police. I advise other unhappy Nike customers to do the same! For NIKE, I suggest simplifying the RETURN process even further... Maybe for example allow to return the product only for marathon runners? Whoever survives running 42,195 km will survive the NIKE Return!

The boots they sell are beyond teh competition. Definitely. I recommend everyone to order here because they are the best. Literally.

My friend and i bought Nike Air Max's 90 and 200 with 40% discount but i did not expected it to be shipped from
Singapore so the shipping and handling costed way too much like 500pesos (almost $10) and it arrived about almost a month. The package seems in good condition and pretty authentic from the box. My subpar experience is that it shipped from another country so the delivery really really takes time to get to my country.

In sizes 14 +, Nike stocks extra big shoes. They're comfy boots, and they're walking shoes that keep me up and last longer. They have outstanding models to choose from as well.

A friend purchased these shoes for me. RESLON nike air relentless 3 have had them for 4 months and already the whole grippy part off bottom of shoe has come off in pieces, making them very uncomfortable to wear being uneven on bottom of shoes... NIKE was my number 1 brand, but no longer... soo sad
The quality of the clothes is really good, but there is also a very good price tag for them. There are some trousers that are like £75/£ 80 on their own, which is a little more. You can understand that trainers are in that category, but not really the bottoms of trousers / tracksuit.
I bought nike dri fir trail. Only 24.47 euros. It fitted me perfectly. This is my favorite brand when it goes baout sport boots.

I have bought several things from nike because when you want to buy legit name brands why not deal directly with the source right? Well the last pair of shoes I bought from them were clearly used. The white soles were covered in dirt, light dirt but still and they had some type of sticky substance all over them like jelly. I contacted them and they told me to get a refund I have to send the shoes back to them and i have to pay for shipping them back to them. Really? Then I bought a jordan hoodie, sweatpants and hat and it took over 2 months to receive the hat and was ignored and hung up on by customer service but until recently I always had good experiences with them which is why i give 3 stars.
I have always worn Nike and have had success with the product, and have also had success ordering online. But this last (and continuing) online experience has been laughably bad. Long story short--I have been trying to place an order. I keep getting the same error message. I have talked to customer service numerous times over the last 2 weeks, and, unable either to resolve the issue themselves or even place the order for me directly, they have "escalated" my issue. I was originally told that "escalation" would take 48 hours but now they tell me it might take "awhile" because this mysterious "escalation" division of Nike is "very busy". I bet! I think it is now time to look for another product!
I am a big Nike fan. I like Nike sneakers very much, I like their quality and the variety of what they are offering. Let me tell you a few weeks ago I bought Nike Sneakers i. E. Nike Court Vision Low and they were so cute and classy but mistakenly I got a big size but I contacted them for the exchange and within seven days they gave me the perfect size I needed. If you're a sneaker lover then you'd recommend buying Nike sneakers and just buying them from Nike's online store or offline Nike Store instead of buying them from third-party websites.
One of the worst customer service experience I bought shoes that had a manufacturing defect with the sizing and was told by advisors they can't do anything so I asked to speak to a manager and had to wait 1 week with constant calling to receive a call and the manager was very rude and did not even attempt to resolve and accused his staff of lying and offered less that was offered by the advisors and terminated the call without any solution. When asked to speak to someone higher he advised there's no one and to take the business to court JUST WOW.
I WOULD ADVISE TO AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
