I brought a product in the first week in March then in May I started asking for a refund which took a few emails requesting for it! I then got told I would get a refund which I didn't! On contact with them they said I only waited 13 days and policy was up to 14 days do I waited another week and emailed again and received refund a few days later in 2nd week in June! I went straight to Amazon and ordered the same product and received the next day! Really 3 months!
Watch arrived in France quicker than expected. Great price.
I enjoy baking and the money saved here, I can spend on ingredients.

Really simple process and item arrived within a decent timeframe. No option for PayPal hence 4 stars (woulda have made it slightly quicker to order)
Bought a pair of earrings for my wife of these guys.
Have to say that i'm impressed! They where for a function last night but arrived in good time and needless to say the wife loved them.

Ordered a MSi motherboard from this company at the start of April with an expected delivery of about 2 weeks.
It arrived on Saturday just passed!
The saving grace for this company is the customer service was excellent throughout. I was contacted for any change in a situation and they kept me up-to-date on delivery expectations.
Glad my item arrived, just wanted it a little earlier, hence the 3 stars.
I would still consider to use this company again
Dispatch email was a good wee way of letting me know when to stay in the house.
I'm sad to say I wish I had followed the many many other very unhappy customers' advice and not used this company. My appalling experience followed the same script as many others. You purchase a reasonably priced item and surprise surprise it's not available. When u question the eta you get told it will be available in few days, when pushed this then becomes next week, then in two weeks and then they blame the supplier stating they can't provide a date. I've been let down and very embarrassed by not being able to give a close relative their birthday present. All I receive is an empty and flat sorry and that my refund my take 2-4 weeks! Don't put yourself through the hassle to only be disappointed... steer clear by taking the advise of many; I wish I did!
After 3 months(precisely 3 months tomorrow) of waiting for my item, Nigel oHara have finally admitted that the item will not be back in stock. Right from the start I was told multiple times that it would be in 'within the coming days'. After emails back and forth I did not want to cancel my order as I could almost guarantee if I did it would suddenly become available. After weeks of waiting I requested a partial refund as by this time I had missed the occasion that I had bought the item as a gift for, but I was told no discount could be given at all. I finally received an email this evening telling me I will not receive my item, not even mentioning the make up that I bought at the same time which has been I stock the whole time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS COMPANY. Even when I asked that my message be passed on to the management team, that request was ignored. The most untrustworthy, unhelpful website I'm sure I will ever come across and they are not worth wasting your time over for an order you may never receive. I will be making sure that my family and friends will never shop on this website and I would advise that you don't either. And yes, you did read the time scale correctly. 3 months!
Website was easy to use, delivery was quick and product was as described. Nothing more you could ask for really.

I would give them Minus 5 Star rating if it was possible!
These people are jokers really. I have sent emails to them many times and get the same automated email reply's (Sorry we are doing our best etc. and then offer you a £5 voucher for you inconveniences (that never arrived either)
Complete joke you could order something from China and get it quicker if you walked there to collect it. I am getting close to my whit's end now. And my order is something that I could of purchased from EBay but decided these clowns are cheaper and would give them a go. What a complete idiot I am to buy from this so called company (These people give online shopping a real bad name and should be shamed on watchdog)
I would advise you guys just spend the extra £2 pound on what ever it is your buying and get your items from EBAY OR AMAZON at least your get it in your lifetime
Really disappointing truly unbelievable Company waste of time and life!
Please don't buy from these Cowboys or your be writing a bad review on Site jabber soon.

Great service and good delivery. I was kept informed from the start of my order with a confirmation email and text, also i received a text to confirm order had been dispatched. I would highly recommend the Nigel O'Hara company.
I really wish I'd had a quick look around to see the many negative reviews that Nigel O'Hara has had; my experience has been the same. I placed my order on the 24th March and it never arrived. Even more annoying was that this was the main birthday present for my son, so had his birthday with nothing to open. Then getting my money back took a ridiculously long time (18 days). In all, they had my money for just under two months. I was fed a pile of contradictory tales (for example 'your order is being fulfilled directly from the supplier' in one reply and then in another message this became 'we are expecting stock in soon').
If you're tempted by the low prices, be prepared to be disappointed. I'll never be using them again.

I read the reviews of the retailer and thought that perhaps people were being a bit harsh. I have bought form them before and apart form the slowness they seemed ok. Despite better judgement I ordered again. My goods were supposed to arrive end of May 2015 ( a 2 week odd timeframe which I could live with) I then discover that it is now end of June 2015 - not ok
Trying to contact Nigel O hara is impossible - The email support system is not replied to, not in my case anyway and the telephone number I found said they wouldn't answer internet orders and try another number. I phoned that number and the message said you have to go back tot the online helpdesk - the one where no one replies.
Suffice to say that any perceived savings is not worth this and I can only see endless hassle to get my money back (according to thier site this takes up to 28 days!)
My advice is AVOID AVOID AVOID

We found exactly what we were looking for and, even better, was at a lower price than anywhere else.
Money left bank, no confirmation email or response from customer services. Phone number takes you no where! Not sure what to do?

I'm fighting for my products with them for almost 2 months now!
Every time I contact them via phone or email, they find an excuse to hang up and they promise to call me / email me back in an hour / day but I still haven't received my product.
I strongly advise to everybody not to buy from them EVER!

Answer: Best thing to do is contact your bank or credit card company and they will get you a refund via the charge back guarantee scheme. The online business has closed down I understand.
Answer: Sorry mate this normal for this joke of a company. They don't answer the phone due to so many people in the same situation as your self. I think I got hold of them once in 30 attempts and was told they would refund me but that never happened. Watchdog needs to investigate these mugs then we will all get refunds.

Answer: I have. But I bought using PayPal and so used their services to obtain my refund. That was on the 12/09/2015 I shall never ever use them again. I don't care if their prices appear cheaper than the rest
