I used Newparts for the first time trying to locate a dealer item for an Odyssey.No dealer or any area dealers had the part. Newparts had the part at my house in under a week.I later ordered some other items for the Odyssey and my F150 and got them also in under a week.Their prices beat my local parts houses by quite a bit. I called the company beforehand to make sure I was ordering the correct part. Gentleman on phone was very accommodating and even sent me a picture of the part. Shipping was very fast, and the part was packed EXTREMELY WELL for its journey to my home. I saved a lot of money buying from them. Very satisfied with the entire transaction!

I purchased 2 of the same timing chains and received them within 5 days. However, I was disappointed to find that they were different parts both in boxes marked with the same part number. What I can say was that New Parts was fairly quick in sending the correct chain (Had to send pictures of the 2 chains to make that happen). But overall I would purchase from them again.

Product is original OEM. Arrived timely and undamaged despite the box being nearly ripped apart with one end open. Not sure how all four pads arrived without damage but everything seems good to go.

Newparts.com offers a way to shop without excessive shipping fees for New OEM Toyota parts. I can buy at wholesale at my local dealer. However, NewParts allows me the conscience of having the items shipped to my door w/o hassle of going to the dealer to order and pickup.

Buyer beware, for what ever reason you need to return an item you will be charged 20% restocking fee that wasn't stated anywhere on the website. THIS IS PURE BULL$#*!. Charge a customer to take a product and put back on the shelf when someone is already on the clock getting paid, that's how they treat customers. Plus I had to pay 15 bucks for return shipping. Just to let you know I purchased something from NAPA didn't charge me for return shipping or a restocking fee. That's the difference of a weak company vs a profitable company. Looking out for the customer. Won't buy a lug nut from this place now that I was treated like $#*!. Good riddance

I ordered parts from this company and received a tracking number later that day. On the third business day when I saw FedEx was still saying they hadn't received the package I tried contacting their customer service only to be repeatedly sent to voicemail.
I then contacted their sales department and someone answered the phone quickly and told me that the package hadn't been shipped yet. I requested order cancellation in writing through email and left voicemails with customer service. A week later the parts show up and the only way this company will communicate with me is through email. No one answers at customer service or returns phone calls. The only thing they will tell me through email is that once they "process the order and issue tracking" cancellation of the order is not possible even though they were still in possession of the package for several days after that occurred.
It took so long that I sourced parts from another vendor, had them delivered and the vehicle back on the road days before these parts showed up.
They say they that after all of this they will gladly return my parts for a 20% restocking fee and if I pay to ship it back.

Sent used brake pads with missing clips. Send it back like directed, get an email later saying take pics before sending it back. Explain I can't at this point and they charge me a "restocking" of 33 bucks. The bads were 70 dollars. Sell used parts and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! AVOID. So if you buy from Amazon make sure you check the seller! Have the order number to prove it!

Items were shown in stock and were at a good price. Items shipped the same day they were ordered. What I received was exactly what I ordered. No issues whatsoever.

Purchased through their Amazon store. WHAT A MISTAKE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Parts arrived and I immediately installed 12 spark plugs and 12 spark plug wires. Unfortunately the coil wire that was provided was only 8 inches long and needed to be 24 inches long. Contacted NEWPARTS and they asked for a picture of the box and my VIN. They insist that they cannot use my VIN because it is not 17 digits long, WELL, 1972 Jaguars DON'T HAVE 17 DIGIT VIN's! They are also inflexible, expecting me to remove all of the parts (WHICH THEY WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO SELL AGAIN DUE TO DIRT AND OIL ACCUMULATED DURING THE INSTALLATION) and return them. All I need is a 24 inch coil wire, which if they were a reputable business selling parts should be a very simple request. Better Business Bureau reviews are all horrible for NEWPARTS, I wish that I had read some reviews before buying from them.

If you can "AVOID" doing business with "Newparts INC." I bought an OEM (supposedly) fuel pump for $338 from them. The pump died after 36 days, resulting in towing charges and Dealership repair price tags. The part has OEM 1 year warranty if the claim is initiated by them and they wouldn't do it. Excuse after excuse instead of 3 minute form filled on my behalf. The only explanation for their odd position is 1) the part is counterfeit, 2) refurbished, or 3) warranty has been already paid on it and they resold it. Packaging was recycled paper which made me suspicious. Terrible to deal with, rude and unethical based on their stance on this issue. BEWARE - Buy from reputable authorized reseller.
