I sent an email out for an RMA, it's been over a week since and I haven't received a response. The ntk part shows as compatible with my Honda accord 2001 lx 2.3 liter but it is not compatible. I had to purchase an oem one from Honda.

Been two week and still no package delivery. Contacted them and told them tracking says still sitting at same post office for two weeks and I have never been given an answer to the problem or offered to ship me another one or anything.

Did not have original packaging so could not return the part that was not working for me. Instead of promoting customer good will, I was instructed to break out the multimeter and begin testing the part, car wiring, etc.
