I accident rely stumbled upon this site and now I really dig it. The have great prices and a great assortment of parts. Delivery was fast and easy.

Paid significantly less for a genuine OEM product versus buying from the dealer. Fast shipping and the LED taillight was well packed and arrived in perfect condition.

Purchased CV axle and installed. Both axle boots failed in less than 3 months and 3000 miles. The boots failed in the same place because of poor materials or poor design. Newparts agreed to warranty and required buyer to return defective parts (at buyers expense) after purchasing new replacement parts. Shipping to return the defective parts exceeded $100 dollars. Customer shouldn't have to pay shipping to return defective components.

The only issue that arose was the wrap that was shrunk around the mats was torn during shipping, and, fortunately, only a tiny portion was affected. Transporting the pieces in a box may offer better protection from rough handling along its journey. Other than that, I'm super satisfied with the product and outcome. The package even arrived with some driver's side retaining clips.

I payed for a gas cap replacement for my car and it don't work now I'm so mad because it to late to send it back and I ask is this the right part for my car and the ppl said yes so I order it it's the site that Chrysler gave me to order the part for my car so I thought I was doing the right thing and hoping that I would get the right part

I ordered two front lower control arms for my car. The price was good the part was good and the time to ship was also good. The packaging was bad. These were heavy parts. There was no packing materials in the bottom of the box, were it is needed the most. The TWO control arms were put in the bottom of the box then the packing materials were put on top of the control arms, were it provided little if any protection. Someone in your shipping department needs to be trained in how to pack parts in a box. Where packing materials are place underneath and in between parts, not just on top where the packing materials hardly provided any benefit. I closely looked the parts over and there did not seem to be any damage. But one of the knobs of the control arm had completely worked is way through the bottom of the box, because there was no packing materials underneath the control arms to protect them in shipping. Since two control arm were shipped in one box I would guess they weight between 40 to 50 pounds. So every person that picked up that box was more than likely not putting it down carefully, they would just drop it quickly. I am just glad the control arms were not fragile parts, otherwise they would have been destroyed in shipping. I took pictures of the outside of the box, if you want to see what I am talking about.
