I was happy with the part I received, however, I ended up getting burned on the vehicle I purchased it for. I got burned from a dealer -- It turned out the the vehicle had a blown engine and it was very traumatic. I have this item unopened item sitting on my dining floor and was hoping to be able to return it. I did get an RMA #******* to return this front bumper bracket for a 2007-2010 Toyota Sienna, however, the shipping cost would be more than the purchase price. I was hoping maybe I could "return to sender" and get a refund? Thank you for your consideration -- I know this isn't your normal practice, but considering I lost thousands of dollars, I thought you might make an exception. Best,

BAD Return Policy

It took two weeks for me to receive credit for my refund of a part I ordered wrong and I did not receive any discounts for the long wait time and the stress your return process put me thru... You have the worse return and refund policy.
