Got a good price on a lap top but had some issues, they did solve it. So it was good of them. Would recommend calling them with any issues so they solve right away.
I ordered an item then after a while I saw that nothing is happening with my order and I reached out to the customer support. The person who helped me told me that he would just cancel the order because he couldn't figure out what was happening with it and he told me to order the item again with "the next day delivery" and he would give me money back for shipping and he would cancel the first order. So I paid twice and he didn't cancel the first order. I got both items and spent 2+ hours talking to customer support trying to figure out to return it. And spent my time returning it!
First, the good. Newegg has delivered computer parts to my son and that worked. I ordered a cabinet/tool storage on the premise that they were a consumer friendly site. Couldn't be further from the truth. The cabinet arrived banged up. And a consumer could only find it useful under very rarified circumstances. I vigorously pursued returned it but any access to the company, email, chat, etc. turns into a circle. There is no access to help with a return. The company has it rigged so that you can return an item via UPS but you will receive almost no refund after doing a lot of work! They did generate pre-formulated responses repeating the same information.
If you can order from Amazon, do that instead. They offer customer service!

You've had 4 or 5 customer service reps reach out to me and nobody has yet to do a damn thing, because there is nothing to be done! Nobody would do a hod damn thing when it mattered and could've helped. But sure, you go ahead and "look into it". $#*!ing tard

I bought the 5700 XT from Newegg and I was having minor problems with the card. I didn't want to take the risk of more problems so I try to return it. I heard the GPU have driver issue but bought it otherwise since some people say they didn't have any problem.It cost a big whopping $60 stocking fee for having the item for like two days. They don't even pay for shipping to send it back so you have to pay for that too. I also read that some people say Newegg didn't even accept their returns. If you do buy from Newegg, make sure you going to keep the item or else it will cost you money! Otherwise go buy somewhere else like Amazon. I return stuff from there before with no stock fee and got my full payment back!

Worst customer services and return services not worth the time other better sites by a long shot let this be the last site to try and not the cheapest. Got a drone from there at $300 and only used it a total of 3 hours and stop working and there return policy to crap like that is the same to things that do work which should not be because 3 hours of use is $#*! items like that should of been 1st priority to them but it's not. It appears that if they don't have what they advertise and what a customer wants they just pick something remotely similar and ship it. And no apologies are issued. And it is next to impossible to contact them I waited 3.5 hours on the phone and after talking to an agent got an RMA and since than nothing from NEWEGG. I have now filed a complaint with the CA BBB and am in the process of filing a CRIMINAL complaint for fraud with the CA AG. Let the chips fall where they may. But this reeks of "Chinese manipulation" or "crap" if you wish. I ordered and paid for an HP Desktop Computer 6305-T

I purchased some memory, a DVD-RW drive, and a case. The ESTIMATED delivery dates will be 15 days after the IN STOCK items were ordered. I use the word estimated because I still haven't received any of the the computer parts.
I have used NE for years and this will likely be my last order unless the deal is very good and I can wait 2-3 weeks for delivery. They used to be soo good, RIP NE. I will be using Amazon as my first source.
PS. The parts were shipped in 2 separate shipments and I have to wait 2 weeks+ to receive either shipment.
I needed additional parts and Amazon will deliver all of the parts in 6 days (2 of the days are a weekend).

I'm never ordering from these guys again. I received a non-functioning product, so naturally I try to return this item. Originally I wanted to exchange for another, but noticed it is now out of stock. So then I go through the return process. I get my shipping label no problem, and send it off within a few days. When they received my return I got no notification whatsoever ever from Newegg. The only reason why I know they even received it is because I'm tracking it myself with UPS. It has now been NINE days since they received my return and no refund still. I find this unacceptable for this kind of business. They have lost any business they were going to receive from me and I will highly recommend anyone I know and care about to never do business with Newegg either. Never again will I be making this mistake of transaction
IF you buy from them, pray that you never have to return it. I'm on day 10 AFTER they received my return and are still attempting to process my store credit (which I stupidly requested). All their CS agents are ignorant liars who can't comprehend their own companies returns policy. I wish zero stars were an option because one star for them is beyond generous.

It's a good site. It is useful if you need to make a few orders, usually the stuff are delivered quickly and without delay. But as for me prices are a little overpriced, so all the time I wouldn't order here. The site is quite easy to navigate.
This company allows its sellers to take your money and deliver your product. My item was allegedly shipped on 4/23/20; it's now 6/4/20 and there is so package in site. The seller and company declined to issue me a refund. I'll be taking this up with my bank.

Newegg used to be awesome. I used them for all my computer parts for about 20 years. Now I avoid them at all cost. I hate what they've become. The site is convoluted with high priced marketplace junk from the same sellers that ruined eBay. If you decide to sift through all the garbage and see what they are actually selling, you'll find their prices are higher than just about everyone else. They have changed their policies over the years and you really need to read them closely for each product as many different items carry different return policies. My last purchase was a GPU that failed within minutes of being installed. It came with a "free" game that I did not want and could not purchase the card without. Upon trying to rma the gpu, they tried to deduct $60 from the refund for the game. I had to contact them and wait on hold then fight with them to get refunded for the game I did not want or use. Finally get a refund a week and a half later and they did not refund the $10 shipping charge on a defective product returned within 24 hours. That was the final nail in the coffin. Personally, I don't need the headaches dealing with companies like this. Respectable companies refund shipping on defective products. I don't see any value or advantage to buying from Newegg anymore.

I placed an order (#*******) on 4/11/20 and never received it. The seller, yes they use third party sellers, kept making sarcastic excuses. I made a claim under their Newegg Marketplace Guarantee Claim on 4/23 and was promised a refund within 2 business days. It's now 5/6/20 and NOTHING from Newegg. They kept my money and are now ignoring my emails and calls. They have not been responded to for a week now. I would strongly recommend NOT ordering from Newegg unless you want to throw your money away.

While Newegg likes to claim that their customer service is available 12 hours every business day, what they refuse to tell you is that the likelihood of you speaking an actual human representative is almost nonexistent. I tried calling them to change shipping details DIRECTLY after I had placed an order. I was told I would have to wait about 15-30 minutes to speak to a representative. Over an hour later, I finally speak to a representative who tells me that I cannot change shipping details anymore because it's been too long after the order was placed. I tried to call again later to refund the order; not only did they refuse to put me on the line with a representative (instead bouncing me from robot to robot endlessly), but their phone hung up on ME. I normally try to keep my cool and remain unbiased during these customer service instances, because I know their job is not the easiest in the world. But Newegg did absolutely nothing to try to help me with me order. They made me wait over an hour only to tell me that they would not help me, and then they refused to speak to me any more. I only used Newegg because Amazon Prime (which is obviously far superior) did not have the item I needed, and rest assured I will not be using their services ever again.

Bought a new camera only to find out it was used. A month later I'm still trying to get a refund. Newegg tells me their waiting to hear from Amcrest and Amcrest tells me to contact Newegg. I've spent way to much time screwing around with both of these companies. If you want something buy it from a company like HomeDepot where you can take it back and have your refund within minutes not months if ever...

I bought a battery for my laptop 15 days ago and they said I will get my battery within 5-7 business days and I just tracked it and it showing coming May 7th. Only contact I had was a robot that I waited 25 min for. I asked for a refund and they told me I have to pay 16$ to return something I never got. I bought same product Tuesday from Amazon and I received it Friday. They are abusing the customers. Please don't buy from them well worth 2 or 5$ more from other vendors.

Answer: The reason why i gave a bad review was because i ordered a phone for my wife, An I-phone 5 and NewEgg.com only sent a box with the manual and a charger for the phone. I called NewEgg.com and explained to them and they stated i needed to wait while they investigate, they never got back to me so i called them again. The person i talked to put me on hold then came back to me and stated she was checking this what was going on and kept putting me on hold for a total of 45 minutes to only come back and tell me that i need to send them a picture of the box and contents. I have no clue what my wife or children did with the box now i am screwed. 219.00 down the drain. This was the first and last purchase i will make until the get this straight.
