Beware of this company. They state order should be delivered within 25days, which is fine, but after this time you will find they are reluctant to send replacement for lost orders. I have been waiting almost 7 weeks for an order and have emailed over 7 times to get a replacement which always get the response please wait another 7 days. This is pretty shoddy customer service and they should find a more reliable shipping method if orders are getting lost or taking this long to arrive. Also no agreement to send a replacement yet.
What is the return policy? I have two pairs of shoes to return do size.

The shipping of my shoes took over 7 Weeks, but the custom-service was really nice and fast.
I ordered 4 bras. The straps would not stay up so I tried to return for a refund. So very disappointed in Newchic, that I would never buy from them again. I had to take pictures of the defect, pictures of the sku's and the shipping label. Did that and received another email that I would have to ship it back at my expense through UPS with tracking. Went to do that and for a $30.00 order it would have cost me $138.00 in shipping. I will never buy from them again and if I had know it was coming from China, I would have not ever ordered the products. I have put my experience all over Facebook and Google review. I did this to make sure everyone know that this is a company not to deal with because of their practices.

This dress was ordered in July for me to wear at my Grandsons wedding at the end of September. I received an e-mail on 3rd August saying out of stock expected restocking date 13th August with option to maintain/cancel/change etc. I chose to maintain with a request to be kept advised. I then heard nothing from this company until I contacted them at the end of August and was told it was still out of stock but expected available "soon" and given the same options. By this time I had purchased another dress, so decided to maintain this order. The dress eventually arrived on 26th September. From the label it appears it was posted from China on 27th August. I have purchased many Items from China and this is by far the longest I have had to wait for delivery. On a positive note the dress appears to be OK but I have only tried it on, it has not been worn or washed yet. I will not use this company again. Their communication was poor, after the initial e-mail regarding out of stock I did not hear from them unless I contacted them first and their delivery times are very slow compared to other Chinese companies.

I always have problems getting my size shoe most places start at a 6 well that's two sizes to big for me I don't want to wear lil girls shoes not at my age 71 I'd look a lil silly wearing shoes that lite up or have cinderella on them so this company has some great shoes that are so different an I love them thanks New Chic lilbit ( Judy)

When I received my order I was very unhappy. I received 2 pair of mens shoes. I contacted customer service and after several emails I finally got Sindy. She assisted me through all of the emails and photos needed to verify the order. I became very irritated with the process. Finally she corrected the situation and I have received my order. I am pleased with the 5 pair of shoes I ordered. They are attractive and comfortable. A special thank you to Sindy for her composure even when some of my emails were not so pleasant.
I ordered a pair of shoes. After 30 days I finally received them. They were the wrong color. I ordered red and received bright pink. They finally responded. I sent them a picture of the PINK shoes. Save your money and time. DO NOT purchase anything from this company. You will never get the correct product or your money back.

Beautiful shoes, lovely details and well made. Shoe sizes a bit smaller than advertised, so that can be misleading. Customer service was good as they tried everything in their power to solve my request.
Ordered 2 pairs of shoes, one came in a 9 rather than a six, emailed back and they are replacing with correct size, Did gave to send some info and pictures back,, but that was much easier than returning the product. Very satisfied with customer service and shoes are very comport able.

I hope I'm not ultimately disappointed in this company since I love the dress I ordered on 9/9 2016... even though policy says no payment until item ships the money is already paid to them via PayPal. If that's because PayPal took $$ already I'm ok with it... but I had to send an email to find out why shipping had stalled. Someone named Yuki Wong responded to say the dress was on backorder and that they fill orders in order received. The due date for the dress is 4 Oct. Now but have no way to know what my priority is to have it sent... I emailed Wong asking why noone had courtesy to let me know why the item shipped especially since they've got my money... no answer from her yet! I would like to give them more stars if dress ships around 4 Oct. Stay tuned!

I was wary of ordering from NewChic because of the mixed reviews but ended up going for it because I really liked a bag I saw from a YouTuber's video which she mentioned was from this site. It was a 50/50 shot making my first order in July but I'm glad I didn't have problems and the shipping came in less than 2 weeks coming from China in mint condition.
I decided to order again last August, hoping the first time wasn't just a fluke - two dresses and made sure to get my measurements correct knowing the sizing was a little different. Again my order arrived in less than 2 weeks and the sizes were perfect. I'm normally 6/8 Small/Medium in U.S. sizes in clothes and was really worried because the measurements on their website lined up to me having to order U.S. size 4, but I'm glad in the end it was definitely the right fit! Based on my experiences, I would definitely buy from NewChic again.
Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps. Total rip off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
