I had a question about delivery on my product. They immediately responded to me and made me aware that they were out of stock. They asked me if I wanted to wait 2 weeks for more products to come in or be refunded. I asked for my money back. They refunded my money with no problems. I will try buying from then again after the holidays when every thing is not so busy. Thank you.
This is the back they are shown, it's a very good back very large, and with an amazing quality, it's really apropriate for travelers.

The shipping took it´s time but they were very helpful on newchic about it, and I liked the shoes I bought.
Bought men's dual bucket bag. The nice thing about it is that you can carry it as a shoulder carry, back back, and as a brief case. The shoulder strap broke within hours of use. I then had to use the back pack function, one back pack strap is almost completely torn, 2 days later. It's a matter of time before that breaks as well. I'm getting my money back. Do not shop here. Fraud company!

I order a pair of leather flops and I got some high heels boots. I sent them 5 emails with images of the shoes and the package labels. Everytime they asked me to send an email to a new email address which was quite annoying. At the end of the day I didn't even get my refund. Very pathetic...

I wear a 36C bra and the size chart said that was the size I should order. The bras arrived and are so small I couldn't even hook the back. They are WAY incorrect on sizes! I wrote asking how to return them and haven't gotten an answer. Would like to order something else, but won't until I get credit for the bras.

Great experience with newchic! I placed my order on the 11th, with fingers crossed, received it on the 15th (to my great surprise) and all four items (coats and shoes) exceeded my expectations by a mile. Everything looks just as pictured, and the quality of the materials was even better than I'd thought. Everything fit and I'm heading back to the site to order more.
I have seen some booties i like my size is 6 you said that you should buy 1 size bigger should i take 6 1/2 or 7 1/2

1) It took more than a month for them to have my item in stock, during which time they sent multiples emails asking if I still wanted it. Yes. That's why I ordered it.
2) When I received the item, shoes, not only were they too small, but after I searched for how to tell counterfeit Dr. Martens shoes from the real thing, found these are fakes. Low quality, bad fit.
3) I requested to return the shoes and they wanted photos of them to "give more details of the problem". How does a photo prove the shoes don't fit? Unnecessary. They also wanted a photo of the shipping label, which luckily I hadn't thrown away. Doesn't including the order and tracking numbers in the email give them access to that information?
4) The shoes were not shipped in a box, but simply in one of those thin plastic bag "envelopes". They could've easily been damaged in shipping. Another sign of counterfeit Doc Martens is they are usually not in a box.
5) I will never order anything from Newchic again, and hope they lose more customers through their idiotic, inconvenient return process.

UPDATE: 11/18/2016: Since posting this review, I have sent 5 emails to the fraud company Newchic, without getting a response from them. They did respond to my review here, but if you read it, nothing that is said applies to my situation at all. I will be contacting the Washington State Attorney General next week and filing complaints with every consumer protection organization I can contact. This company is advertising in the US, and elsewhere, and running a rip off business out of China, where no one can touch their dishonest practices. I may be a small dog, but I have very sharp teeth.

Sorry for the delay, usually the shipping time needs 7-25 business days if you choose standard shipping/ air parcel register, and it maybe delayed because of bad weather or customs problem, hope for your kind understanding.

Yeah, NewChic is in China, but I got my order in TEN DAYS. The shoes are really cute, and a good bargain. They're unlined leather, so they'll stretch, which is fine. They're a little snug right now, otherwise just fine and just as cute as the pictures. A weekend kind of shoe for a fifty-something like me, who works in an office.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps. Total rip off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
