I can not rate the actual product because I have never received it. The customer service department has been telling me for 18 days that they are "sorry for your inconvenience, we unable to promise delivery date." I will never order from this company or site again and strongly encourage everyone to find a more reliable place to order from as well.
Also, they do not tell you if an item is in stock until after you pay for it. Then the payment verification screen tells you what items are on back order and if you cancel payment right then, it takes 10 days for your refund to show on your card, but only 1 minute for the money to come off your card for the payment.
None of the customer service reps speak English so be prepared for a fake representative name and wait times while they feed your questions into translation software. Awful, awful experience with this company!
Where is my order your company will not get anymore business stateside if I can help it. Christmas gifts ordered 3+ weeks in advance should have been shipped.
No mention of timetable unless you dig through your fake website.

I ordered 1 item on Dec. 1. They charged my account as soon as it was ordered. I contacted customer service before Xmas and was told that according to her computer I would get it in a couple of days. Needless to say didn't get it in time. I was in contact with someone on line who said that I should have it within a few days and then said because weekends don't count it could take 35 days. 35 DAYS! What kind of reputable company tells someone 35 days to ship 1 beenie?
I told the guy to just cancel the order and refund my money. His response was " your order should be there in a few days, do you want to wait? Yes?" Then conveniently disconnected. When I tried to get someone else all I got was a big fat nothing.
There has to be someone reputable that this so-called company can be reported to.

I bought two items and paid for air parcel shipping. Got an email from them saying a system error caused them to be mailed standard shipping. Couldn't get my money back for the air parcel shipping. Then 3 weeks after I paid online using my credit card - my credit card got hacked. Pretty sure its this company that gave out my card since I have not used my card since.

My first order was a pair of shoes. I paid for quick delivery, and they arrived within a week.
I ordered a size bigger than normal as I'd read that the sizes come up on the small side. They are still far too small.
It took almost 2weeks of daily emailing to get any resolution, including having to take photos of my feet and the shoes with a tape measure!
I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered some socks on 3Rd November. They were supposed to be a Christmas present, but I still haven't had them. After 4 days of emails I was offered a refund which may take up to 2 weeks.

Newchic socks are great they are bright and comfortable and wash well.
I bought some little boots, slip on winter in black quilted top. They fit true to North American sizing and are so adorable, comfortable and easy to put on and off. Plus the price was great and communication with the supplier, NewChic was awesome. I highly recommend this seller and will definitely buy from them again. Thank you NewChic!
Some packages are trackable and some are not, which is stressful because I like knowing where my packages are. One came quickly and was trackable. One came on day 20 with no tracking updates for two weeks. Still waiting on one more package with no updates for five days other than that it's in the US. If tracking was more accurate, I'd give a better rating. We do love the products that made it to us.
I really like the way my order fit. It took a while to receive but it was worth it.
When asked where my purchase was, they said it had to come from China. Haven't seen it yet, probably never will.

I ordered two pair of lined boot slippers on November 3 for Christmas gifts. On Dec 5, I still hadn't received them or even gotten a message that they were shipped. I emailed the company and told them of this. Their response was that the shoes shipped on November 30 and that they take 7-25 days in the mail. Well, it's now December 12 and I still haven't received them. I have my doubts as to whether I will have them before Christmas. You would think ordering something two months early would garaunteed their arrival on time. Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered! Lesson learned!

I have placed two orders with this company. The first order took time arriving and when i contacted them they responded promptly. Some of the items were a little small but overall I have been very happy with my purchases.
I wish I would have read the reviews. I would never have ordered from them. I ordered a quite a few round mandala blankets in a variety of colors for gifts. What I received were all the same color. I had also ordered 8 really pretty bras. I only received 6 and they were all too small. I did not realize they were coming from China, which always runs much smaller. I found their email which states you must contact them before returning. It has been back and forth emails. The last one said I need to take measurements and pictures as proof. I responded that it was becoming such an inconvenience to return items that were clearly too small (I'm a 38 DDD and I ordered 40E to play it safe). Their 40E is our 36C! NEVER AGAIN will I order anything without checking review first!

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps. Total rip off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
