I ordered two hats at the beginning of December and I received them just after Boxing Day. The cost was £15 including delivery, the products are very good quality, very stylish and a perfect fit. I think the delivery time is acceptable, it took 6 weeks for an Apple watch to arrive from the same part of the world. 10 out of 10 New Chic.
Order boots for my Mom for Christmas, I received an email stating they accidentally sent them regular mail( no tracking) still have not received them.
I ordered 2 "T-shirts" and found, when I got them, that they weren't t-shirts. There was no stretch to them and I couldn't get them over my shoulders to get them on. I e-mailed them and explained the problem and suggested that they refer to them as "blouses", not "t-shirts" and explained why. Two days later I was on the site and the same shirts were being called blouses. My refund was made the next day.
I ordered the "super-stretch" underwear. I was so happy with it, I ordered more.
The customer service people are very nice and they do try but sometimes the question is not answered and I wonder if it's an automated "key-word" answer.
The products are a very good quality for the price.
Shipping is often free, or very reasonable.
My orders were received in 5 - 10 days.
The sizing was way off and very inconsistent. I buy at stores and wear an XL, or sometimes a L. Some items here I have to order 3X - 5X. There's no consistency.
I ordered woman dress and paid extra for air shipping in order to receive my item before Thanksgiving. They lie by saying they made a mistake and sent it by regular shipping. After exchanging many emails and last one was thru PayPal, finally, today, 12/30/2016, I received a piece of $#*! very cheap bad quality of cloth no comparison it doesn't look like the one in the picture.
I will never ever order any thing coming from China.
Please please DO NOTwaste your money and time.

I have at last recieved my order after a very long wait. Although the coat is no good to me as it is tiny! I ordered a bigger size to be on the safe side but i cant even get both my arms in it! Its also come from china.do not order from this company

Ordered over a month ago, no product. This seems to be the norm with these folks. I agree with others that all the positive reviews are being written by company involved English ignorant people. It's so obvious. I guess our money is being spent on their adds instead of actual product distribution. Hey newchic, you suck. What comes around, goes around.

The items that arrived to day are sized for the tiniest of SHORT people. And as for how to send them back... Well who knows. There was no packing slip and no return address. I'm getting in touch with PayPal... As I don't know what else to do.

I will not order from this company again. The sizing on the shoes was way off. They came with no return information or forms. When I disputed it thru paypal I was told I could mail them back to "China". Right. That would have cost more than the shoes. And they know that. What a rip off company. Do not order thru them.

I only picked one because they didn't have a 0 or I would have picked that I ordered a Christmas present for my boyfriend on Wednesday the order said one day shipping Monday through Friday business days exclude holidays and weekends if I order on Wednesday my order should arrive Thursday maybe Friday at the latest i Message customer service she said it takes 7 - 20 business days to deliver a package so the site lied about being one day shipping now my boyfriend dose not get a present to open on Christmas hopefully have his order by January 18th that'll be the 20 days business day delivery schedule so annoying don't advertise something that's not true. I Search several websites for the item I bought and the only reason I ordered from new chick was because it said it was one day delivery I will never order from this site again and I suggest you do the same unless you want to wait over a month for your item! I did show my bf a pic of his gift since he wont get it for up to 3 more weeks buy then it will just be his birthday present please do not order from this company.

Ordered boots middle of December. They took money from my account but no boots as of Christmas day. Email said error on shipping on their end and unfortunately no tracking number available. Tried email back no response. Very disappointed. Will not be ordering again from them.

The Newchic company is extremely unreliable. It might even be some kind of a scheme. They charged my credit card the day I ordered a couple of items but 2 weeks later nothing was shipped to my address (according to their website). Once I complained 2 weeks later, I was told it's going to be shipped out the very next day. In any case, a month later and I still have not received the items I ordered.

Ordered boots on December 2nd and no product yet. Their typical response is to ask for an order number that you are not supplied with. The bogus tracking link Shows package going from China to Hong Kong and no movement until I started complaining and posting. Once I asked for a refund they said too late it already shipped. First by carrier them by registered postal USPS service. They said 7-20 days well if my math serves me correctly Dec 2nd + 20 days = your time is up! Been asking for return info and they refuse to supply it to me. Fraud! I have reported to PayPal and Facebook. Next is US Customs and China

Ordered goods which took over a month to arrived, absolutely love the shoes and jumper I ordered which were good quality. Emailed company to ask where my delivery was and received prompt reply and was able to track my order which arrived shortly afterwards.
Usually when I order from new chic my order is filled right away and shipped out I like that promenade service unless there has to be a back order if so I am notified I will always order from new chic I like the products. *******@gmail.com
If I could give this company a zero I would. I ordered 4 items from them, of an intimate nature. They sent me the items. That wasn't the problem. The problem was that they would refuse to let me return the items & they were extremely difficult. The items were too small for me. First of all, this company is run out of China & there email correspondence person wasn't sufficient or very intelligent when dealing with English speaking people. They said they wanted me to take pictures of the items, then I could return them. They were extremely vague & didn't say specifically to measure the items until after the 3rd time of corresponding. After getting back to me the 4th time (this was while I was out of town & it was thanksgiving) they said I had to redo the photos. They were too difficult & I knew they were never going to take the items back or refund me. Don't ever buy a thing from them. I won't ever again!

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
