Overpromise, underdeliver. Don't buy anything from these people. The junk from China, ordered in November is actually sent via Chinese Junk, then sled dog, mule train and rickshaw. Still not delivered despite all their promises. This appears to be a scam that should be investigated by the authorities.
This company claimed to have delivered my item on a Sunday but no one turned up at my door as I was home all day, also nothing was left with my neighbours!
I emailed 3 times asking who received/signed for the parcel but they never replied, they even disabled my login in details so I could not even check the details and the reviews I left there...
This company is a big time scam/fraud, stay the hell away from them!

Impossible to return item. They want you to jump through hoops to rtn item. They asked for pictures. Shipping to rtn is very pricy. This company is a rip off. Substandard qty for their merchandise too

When I did not receive my order, I contacted the customer service.
They suggested I contact the post office which I did but, no results. I explained this to the NewChic customer service and requested a refund. This was expedited quickly and without any fuss. This prompt action was most appreciated.

I feel as though I am buying directly from the source, no middle man, and I love not paying a lot for fashion items that I only want for a season or two. This is not not lifetime clothing, it is great value for low-priced fashion. I feel the Euro shoe sizing (in cm) is very accurate, and sure the shipping takes about 3 weeks, but they tell you that up front.
I order shoes for my mother for Christmas. I was unaware they would be shipped from China. It took from 11/29/15 to 1/4/16 to receive them. They were as represented and I had no problem with size or quality. I was not provided with a shipping number (but could pay for one if I wanted to) so I contacted the company. Carrie Li worked hard and kept me advised along the way. I was very disappointed in their Shipping Arrangements and time, but finally got my product after Christmas.

I placed an order a month ago and still haven't received item. Tracking shows it is sitting in China. I can only imagine what the quality is going to be when and if it ever arrives.

Even thou it took longer then i expected ( 27 days to be exact) i was told it could take up to 25 days... i ordered dec 2nd in hopes i would receive in time for christmas... i emailed a few times and got prompt response within a day. They were always reassuring i would get it soon... i was very pleased to get my order... it was of great quality i am very pleased with the product. For those of you that used a credit card for your order, dispute it with the credit card company and most likely they'll credit your account back. My dad ordered some men shoes (not knowing the size was international size) and they didn't fix. He was told it would cost him $43.00 to ship the shoes back to China.

Have seen this a few times in the reviews and wish I would've checked newchic out prior to ordering..."They lie by saying they made a mistake and sent it by regular shipping" This exact situation happened to me also. Ordered boots mid Nov and my boots were supposedly sent Nov 30. Was to take 15-17 days. Well its Jan 1st still have not received them. The package can only be tracked before it makes it to the USA. Horrible tracking system! I have complained and and once again they say track it (which is impossible) or just WAIT due to the holidays. Will never order from them again. Will post if I ever receive them... but don't hold your breath
Update: It has been 2 months now, still no boots. Checked with post office, nowhere.

In their Facebook ads they do not disclose that they are in China. Had I known this I would not have ordered. I ordered the ankle boots on Nov 12th. They say they shipped on Nov 29th. PayPal issued payment on 11-30. After numerous emails I still have not received them. Too bad if they had been a Christmas gift. I have lodged an official complaint with PayPal today. I would not order from this company again.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
