I ordered a 36-D bra at a great price. It took a month to arrive, but I got it today and I love it! Very comfortable and great lifting support without being too snug. This bra fits in a way that will not cause a fat pad in front of your armpits and if you have them from previous bras, this one will help them go away (so long as you use only this bra) It is very pretty too with the lace on the cups and straps and a pretty little dangly pendant. The padding is about 1/4" thick so it is great on the discreet factor.
Although my order was not received on the specified target date, I am still happy that the staff is accommodating and assured me that I will received the order. True enough i received them at last. Thanks!
I ordered 2 pair of boots in early January and contacted the company after 3 weeks when they hadn't arrived. Soey was helpful in trying to find where they had been sent. The day we agreed to refund my money was the day the boots arrived. It took a total of 5 weeks. The boots are cute and warm and fit well. For the low price they are just as I expected. This order turned out ok but I don't think it will be a site I go to often just because the shipping is so unreliable and takes so long.
Before buying expensive items from Newchic I wanted to test them out first by buying a small item as I had read some reviews that were not too nice. Well, personally now I can say to have waived all my doubts. There was a delay in the delivery but that was due to customs. Whenever I got in touch with Newchic they proved to be very helpful. The second time they offered a replacement for my missing item without extra costs. The item eventually came through and is exactly as described.
Still not receives any item from ys company, only receives email that got a item no stock will refund the money to me but until now not yet get the refund back.
I placed an order and my bank wouldn't let it go through.
Called my bank and they told me this company is in Hong Kong.
They asked if I wanted the transaction to go on through.
I decided it wasn't worth the risk and cancelled.

All products are quality controlled and very good. Sngura problem is that transportation takes too much, 2 months... but worth the wait!
Had an item that was VERY late as a gift and the friendly staff helped me a lot, re-send item and when the second one came, they let me keep it as gift! The products are amazing, not the first time buying will buy more!

My parcel went missing, but New Chick was very quick to send a new load wich I received after a few days, and I'm pleased with the quality of my items.
Every time I have contacted New Chick by mail they have been very quick to respond. So all in all I am a satisfied customer and would shop there again. Of course one has to be realistic about shipping time it will take a long time.
This company is a rip off! Newchic take your money but your orders never arrive! They say it will take weeks to arrive but take so long you forget about it! On chasing up the order you are then told it's gone missing. Apparently getting your refund is just as bad. Would never buy off newchic again!

I ordered a light ethnic coat and a dress. The sizes WERE PERFECT. THE TIME it took to get here was a bit longer because it is CHINA afterall... if you want to track your order go to NEWCHIC... YOUR ACCOUNT chick MY ORDERS and you will find where your package is immediately. Once it hits the states its fast. Just check the size chart on each item is all you have to do. I have place another order with this great place and will continue to order from them. They're super!

We purchased a product that we were later informed was out of stock. NewChic refunded us the full amount within two days.

I have been professionally measured in the past on several occasions, and ordered 4 bras, size 36E. I recently lost weight, and I'm actually down at least one or two cup sizes, but followed their advice on their website and ordered larger cup to accommodate for their smaller sizes. When it was received product was beautiful, however it was about three sizes too small in the cup. When I contacted the website to see about exchanging they offered me a 42 C. The reasoning, sizes are Chinese. I don't care what side of the world you come from, a C cup is smaller than a E cup. So if the E is too small, why in God's name would you offer something even smaller. Completely moronic, not satisfied at all. The only thing they were willing to do for me was offer a $15 refund for the shipping fee and I'm stuck with four bras valued at $80 that will never in a lifetime fit me. Thanks for nothing!

After 2 weeks my order was cancelled without my knowledge. I went back to the site to see where my items were and it showed cancelled. When i contacted them my refund would take 7 to 10 business days. I will never use this site again.
