I ordered 4 pairs of shoes. I followed the site for a few weeks, as they did not ship. I called customer service- and held over 30 min., so tried live chat-also about a 30 min wait. But, once they came on line they explained 2 pairs were out of stock. I asked them to ship the other two pairs- and they did, and I received a very prompt credit for the two that did not. The quality of the shoes is actually good. The sizing chart seems to be about 2 sizes too small to American sizing. I ordered a 9- for someone that fits 8 half- she cannot fit them. I ordered an 11 for my daughter-no way could she get her foot into it, BUT the 8 1/2 fit into the 11 perfectly.
ORDERED LARGER THAN NORMAL SHOE SIZE AND THEY ARE STILL TO SMALL. UNABLE TO RETURN. THEY SAY THAT I HAVE TO PAY POSTAGE AND 'ITS NOT WORTH IT' HAVE BEEN BURNT BY THESE CHEAP CHINESE IMPORTS. BEWARE POOR AFTERSALES

Love my purchase and will purchase again, took a little time for it to arrive but I'm in Canada and it was worth the wait.
It did take a long time to receive my order about 6 1/2 weeks. When I received it I was totally satisfied with my order the fit and workmanship is fine. Like the colours. When I texted to find out about my order received an answer the next day. My parcel showed up the following day.
I do acrylic nails, i ordered a huge kit a month ago! UPS says the tracking number is invalid and i havent heard the first word about my order! I recently recieve an email where they wanted me to do a survey! Of course i all but said it was horrible! Terrible customer service! NEVER ORDER FROM HERE! I have asked for a refund 4 times and havent gotten an email other than the "survey"! I want my damn money back!

I placed an order on January 29th and STILL have not received it! On original order delivery was "guaranteed" within 14 days. Then the web site stated that all orders were delayed because of the Chinese new year! I still have not received anything and am now going to contact my credit card company to reverse payment

Unfortunately my purchase was lost in transit but I would like to congratulate Beatrice in Customer Service for her response to my concerns and her quick response to give me a credit.
I'm so satisfied with the Newchic articles and their business, as well. Yes, it takes nearly a month for the package to reach me from China, but, what to do, it's really a long distance. What is important is that I like the fashion they sell! :)
I am at the review on newchic orders and it seems as though there are hundreds of people who are as angry as I am. I finally received my order over 2 months after I ordered it -had a chat several times before order came -then finally Order#******* was delivered and a week later had an email from you saying if I would send my address yet again (had done so twice) you would try to find it. I ordered two sleep bras and as in the reviews on them I ordered a XXL because everyone said they ran very small. I usually wear L but as a sleep bra I thought larger would be better. When they finally did arrive I could not even begin to get them on -they were tiny-measuring 30 inches in diameter! I have already asked my credit card company to refund my money and I sent an email over a week ago saying I would return this merchandise if you sent me the information and paid for the return. This is unbelieveable how difficult it has been to try to contact your company and I can assure you that unless this is solved soon I will go on every site to write a bad review on your company----I have never done that before but I am extremely angry.

I HAVE LEARNED IF ITS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE IT USUALLY IS. READ YOUR REVIEWS PEOPLE. EVERYONE CAN NOT BE WRONG ITS NOT JUST ONE PERSON ITS HUNDREDS THAT TELL YOU THEY HAVE BEEN SCAMMED. I LEARNED A HARD LESSON 6MTHS OF HELL TRYING TO GET TO EVEN TALK TO SOMEONE. EMAILED PINTREST TOLD THEM THEY ARE ADVERTISING FOR SCAM ARTISTS THEY SAID ITS A PAID ADVERTISEMENT AND THEY CANT GIVE ME INFO BUT DID CONTACT THEM. This i absolutely unacceptable! I have placed my order on January 11th, it is February 14th now and I still haven't received my order. When I have asked where is it, I have received an answer from the customer service, that 2 of the items ordered by me are still not in stock and they don't know when is it gonna be available! My husband bought this item for me for Valentine's Day. It should of taken between 7-20 working days to get to us but he ordered it on 2/2 and it arrived on 13/2. Perfect timing! I have had great service and contact with th company throughout. I ordered the large bag but I think I would have ordered the small had I realised it was so big. (and this is my fault as the sizes are in the product description). I am, however, delighted with my bag and cannot wait to use it today. Happy Valentine's Day to you all.

Placed an order and never received confirmation. Found out two weeks later that items were back ordered. No contact at all from company, I had to call in and investigate. Responded with a script.
They didn't care they were going to lose a sale, I canceled my order via paypal.
Buyer beware. Should have searched reviews before placing order.
Update: Sorry NewChic, there was no mention of item backordered. I even paid for expedited shipping. Please pay more attention to your business processes and inventory management.
