Recently purchased a man bag for a gift. The photo displayed was of high quality and the price the reasonable. My order was placed 10/15 and did not arrive until 11/4! Upon arrival I knew I'd been scammed. The bag looked cheap and was 3x smaller than what they displayed on their website. I realize now that a lot of these Chinese online sites steal photos from other sites and sell you a replica. Not to mention poor customer service. No return label sent, no refund option. I was totally embarrassed after presenting the gift. I will never purchase anything from this business.

If they spent half a much money on Customer Service as they do responding to complaints (just look at their responses, although most are just boiler plate files) maybe things would be better. In summary shipping times suck, ability to track items is non-existent, product sizes are whacko, product quality is inferior and finally ability to contact either through Chat or Email is minimal at best. Why would I want to shop here again? I WOULDN'T! RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN! Very interesting... by the time I posted this review and went to look at it I had a Newchic response... Apparently just automated. I REST MY CASE!

I was very upset when my newly ordered dermapen unit arrived with the actual dermapen unit missing. I had not dealt with NewChic before and gave them an unsatisfactory review on 7/12/17. Although I had my doubts about being able to get this resolved, I emailed NewChic with my complaint. The next day I received a response from Summer who is on the customer service team. She kept constant contact with me when I needed answers, usually responding to me the same day. After several emails between us, Summer had a new order shipped to me, along with tracking number and delivery date info. I was so pleased with her attentiveness and willingness to help me. I received my replacement order in perfect condition and the derma pen works great. Thank you to Summer for renewing my faith in NewChic!
I emailed customer service today regarding a derma pen stamp unit which I paid for upon placing my order. It arrived in 10-12 days. When I opened the parcel, the only items in the box were the plug to the unit and the additional needles... the main item. The actual derma pen unit, was missing from the indentation in the box where it was supposed to be placed... I mean how could anyone not see that the unit was not there before shipping. I am currently awaiting to hear back from them with a resolution to this problem.
I ordered a pair of shoes and they were too big. When I contacted the company via email, their response was quick. They said I could keep the shoes because shipping them back is too expensive. They offered me either a refund, or to send me a smaller size at no additional cost. I got the smaller size. The shipping takes 2-3 weeks but the product is good and the customer service is very responsive and courteous.
Ordered boots on Oct. 22nd. I still have not received them, and I can not seem to get in touch with you.

I ordered boots and was out of stock. Couldn't find order to get any info. They contacted me on messenger and from then on kept me informed on my order. Took awhile but I received them and loved them. Fit well and wear them every day since. It is overseas company so don't expect it in a few days. They were honest with me and came through with my order.

The tracking is very sketchy and I paid extra for quick delivery. This was my first order with this company and will be my last! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I am only out of $27 but it's still my Money and I received nothing in return.

Ordered a long sleeve polo and followed sizing instructions and got a 3X (normally a wear a large). Opted for cheap shipping and received the shirt 3 weeks later. First, there was no hope this tiny shirt would ever fit me. Second, the quality of material and stitching was the worst I've ever encountered. I estimate it cost $1.25 to make in China. Ads have great fake pictures -- quality is terrible.

I ordered shoes and they were too small. I emailed the company and they responded quickly and professionally. They told me to keep the product and they would send me another pair of appropriate size. Thank you New Chic, you rock! I will by from them again and recommend this company to others.

The order arrived a predetermined time. Unfortunately, one of the ordered products was defective and I wanted to return it. The emailing with Newchic service was friendly and caring. We reached quickly a mutually acceptable solution. Refund also came quickly.
I wrote a review earlier about not getting the colors I ordered and it taking a very long time to get them. Well I just realized after trying on a pair they are not waist-high like advertised butt bikini cut. I don't wear a bikini cut

Even though the products i purchased were not as expected, the service was great, they refunded the amount just after a email. And let me keep the shoes as well! :)
Ordered a dress & when it arrived I could use it as a tent it's that huge. The sewing was incomplete actually not even sewn around the neckline. Will never use this 'company' again... ever. This just sums it up, don't buy overseas stuff, support your own country.

I had never used Newchic before but was keen to give them a go as I like the style of a lot of their clothing. I ordered 2 items from Newchic in early September, I was told via email a few days after that they were on back order- which I was fine with and said I was happy for them to restock. Last week, a month and a half after I made the order I emailed to ask if they had an estimated time of restocking for the items I ordered, to which they replied 1-2 weeks. Today 2 months after I first made the order I received an email advising they have cancelled my order... With no explanation or advice on how I can receive a refund. I have waited 2 months for my order just be cancelled... I wont be using Newchic again

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
