Disaster

I ORDERED A DENIM JACKET, PUT IN THE SIZE REQUIRED (AFTER USING THEIR MEASUREMENTS GUIDE) AND WHEN THE JACKET ARRIVED IT WAS TO SMALL, AND LOOKING NOTHING LIKE THE ORIGINAL PICTURE. NOW I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT TO SEND IT BACK (FOR A REFUND) I NEED TO TAKE PHOTOS OF THE PACKAGE AND ALSO THE PAYMENT SLIP... THIS IS JUST A "JOKE". IF YOU ARE THINKING OF ORDERING ANY CLOTHING FROM THIS COMPANY... "DON'T"... TRY AND FIND AN ALTERNATIVE. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE.

INCOMPETENCE

AS SOON AS I PUT IN MY ORDER, NEWCHIC DEBITED MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT. WHEN I COMPLAINED ABOUT THE LENGTH OF TIME I HAD BEEN WAITING, THEY INFORMED ME THAT THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK. I DEMANDED A REFUND AND AM STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY. MY ADVICE IS DO NOT DEAL WITH OVERSEAS COMPANIES, ESPECIALLY CHINA AND HONG KONG, YOU WILL SAVE YOURSELF MONEY AND NERVES.

For the out-of-stock items, we have marked the words like "Expected restock on 8th December 2016" or "Usually dispatched in 10-15 business days" on the product page. You can find it between the title and the price when you choose the size and color.

Some products in our store are in great demand and between placing your order and packaging it, the stock may have run out. But we have pushed to get them back in stock.
As soon as the products are in stock, the parcel can be dispatched at first. When your order was shipped, you will receive an email from our system.

Return's Procedure...

Should you not like it or it doesn't fit, it will likely cost more to return it than it cost. I placed two orders, coupla pair of shoes for my wife and some hats for me. Shoes didn't fit and one of the hats too small.
Here is your Return address and procedure;

And you have 14 days to do it, even though it took 45 days to get delivery. This is a well designed 'scam' of sorts. Their Ad and Photo's look SO professional and tempting, but Caveat Emptor, Let the Buyer Beware!
Yes, it cost more to return the products than they cost originally. These folks have a well designed money machine, knowing people all over the world will fall for the Ad's and not go thru the hassle of returning unwanted products.

At First I Hated The...

Then, as we worked through the problem, they handled things correctly. There is always a risk ordering from a company overseas. Many sizing issues, quality issues and delivery issues. The trick to ordering is 1) don't assume. Check out all the sizing charts and make sure you read the measurements 2) Be patient. If you have to contact customer service for a return, be pleasant, be patient and respect their culture. It is more polite than ours. 3) Negotiate. They will try to benefit their company, and you will want customer satisfaction. Be prepared to bargain and have a look through their eyes. Accept responsibility where appropriate, but don't give up. They will honor your wishes in the long run, even if it take several communications. Remember, this is a different country and they deserve our respect. After a few communications back and forth, they issued me a full refund and that was the right thing to do. We reined pleasant and respectful so it ended up being a good solution. I will order from them again.

Do not buy from this company. Purchased 2 sweaters, they finally came after a month of waiting. I am 56 years old and slender. These sweaters are not what is pictured They wouldn't fit an eleven year old. Their customer service is horrible and will do everything in their power to make it difficult for you to return items! SHOP IN THE USA people!

Parcle went missing

An unusually good service and personal contact with Alis in connection with a parcel that went missing in the logistics. Without any hesitation the full sum was transferred back to my account. I´m sure that many e-retailers could learn from such professionalism.

I brought 2 dresses and payed express postage they came in 2 months after several emails. Well when they came my god the dresses looked nothing like the ones I ordered. No hem just cut straight along the bottom of the fabric. The material was cheap and nasty plus see through not lined at all. The material was like a see through Nitie, I threw it straight in the bin. Horrible

Recently went on the web-site to order shoes. More than 50% of the shoes are no larger than size 10. I ordered 8 pairs of shoes. The company broke my order into 3 parts and charged my debit card in two charges. I saw no where on the web-site that I would pay an international charge card fee. At check out, I opted to not use Pay-Pal and submitted my order. It came back later, refused and refunded. The charge card fee was not refunded. Apparently one must use Pay-Pal or you cant order. My funds were refunded immediately. Nice site, but was also unaware it is a Chinese site and, if I understand it correctly, shoes are shipped from different locations in China. I would not recommend anyone buying from this company. There are too many American companies that do a better job and are more web friendly.

I on an impulse bought a pair of shoes from the site NewChic which I became familiar with from pop up ads on Facebook. I was really disappointed to see that they were being shipped from China, not because I don't like China just that I thought it would take forever. I then looked up reviews for the site and was horrified to read all of the negative reviews on this site. Particularly I read that the shoes either do not come at all or when they do they don't fit. After several weeks my order arrived today. The fit is true to size and they are the cutest shoes! The quality of the leather is top notch, they feel like butter! I did not experience any problems so I can not speak to the customer service aspect but I am so pleasantly surprised by this company I thought I would share!

Fake goods! They send you things that do not work and cost a lot. Shoes are just terribly made, nothing like on the pictures, they post. Almost everything I odered from them went directly to the garbige.
