The company's reputation is marked by a stark divide in customer experiences. On one hand, some clients commend the quality of specific services, particularly in web design and SEO assistance, highlighting instances of exceptional customer support. However, a significant number of reviews reveal persistent issues, including slow response times, inadequate technical support, and billing disputes, which contribute to a growing sense of frustration among long-term users. Overall, while there are positive interactions, the prevailing sentiment underscores a troubling decline in service quality and reliability, prompting many customers to seek alternatives.

KEPT ASKING FOR AN EMAIL TO VALIDATE THE ACCOUNT. 7 EMAILS LATER AND NO HELP FROM THE AGENT, HE SENT A TICKET TO THE REGISTRAR. MANY HOURS LATER I RECEIVE AN EMAIL THAT THERE WAS A TECHNICAL ISSUE PREVENTING ME FROM VALIDATING. AND, BECAUSE I WAS OUT LAST NIGHT I GET HATE MAIL TODAY STATING YOU ARE GOING TO CANCEL MY DOMAIN IF I DON'T VALIDATE THIS SECOND. HOW RUDE. JUST AS BAD AS GODADDY.
I've been a client for years and the attention has been great. Any issues have always been addressed swiftly.
I turned off auto-renew and was charged anyway. I emailed them to return my money and received no reply and no refund. Had to dispute transaction with my bank to get my money back.
Well ive been charged 39 this month for some reason
The minimum I've researched was $350 to get a site up and running. That was via someone I knew personally. Web.com gave me an option to build a website at an affordable cost. As a start-up, every dollar counts.
Now, with that said, building the site isn't as intuitive as it may seem. Especially when it comes to resizing original pics/ logos. Also, the server kept dropping of line during the initial setup. However for the cost I'm still pleased with the value proposition.
Easy to buy a domain name, but I can't send myself an email - yet.
Not happy that I can not access web builder after multiple sessions with support
Bought them yesterday, got sent a message to set password. Said if had 48 hours. Then next morning, it told me it had expired. It would not reset, went to chat, waited 20 min. In the mean time I kept trying to reset. It finally did. Then chat was available. Finally got password reset.
Today is Oct 10th...I have a few domain here, that expire on 10/23/2023...why are they all listed as expired?
Paid to have website designed, not pleased with outcome and it's more geared towards our making changes to your mistakes.
Got an invoice that wil be charged on 11/9 for NameSafe, no such thing showing here. Is it BS or BS?
I need to separate my services into two tabs so they can be seen, but I dont know how
My domain auto renewed. I had that feature turned off.
I'm having a problem remembering the numbers you assigned my user name and I still can't set this up
Everything progresses smoothly, even password reset. But appears to be running slowly, perhaps because this is a new account.
I'm trying to permanently delete this account, but I cannot find any information on how to do that.
You're website is running incredibly slow, while other websites that I have open right now are working well. I'm also on the chat and it's taking several minutes for my questions to get responses.
I would not even rate one star, to be honest. I choose two domain names and paid for them. Now when I opened my account, it was changed to different names than what I paid for. I think this is dishonest.
I paid for www.mission360.com; and bible360.com. Now on my account, it appears differently. Unless I did not see it correctly, that is not a honorable practice.
Providing what was not ordered, do not answering emails, create a case and then closing it without solution and the last but the worst closing the chat, just like that cause the person doesn't know the answer
Can't find what I need to easily change where my domain should point.
Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
Answer: I had to ring my credit card company and get them to stop the payment
Answer: I was working with a consultant from the Small Business Development Center when I began my business. She advised me to register my LLC and then to go to Register.com to buy the domain name before anyone else could. Later on, she suggested Register when I was looking for hosting.
Answer: Hey there Mira - if you call into our customer support lines at 1-866-655-7679 we'd be happy to help!^MB
