I purchased a domain from them three weeks ago, and now we are treading on four weeks. They told me over a week ago it would take 3 to 5 days to unlock, and I am still waiting. When I ask for help with their online chat, customer service people tell me to EMAIL management, which I have done with no responses. I have lost business because of this. They don't have a phone support line. I am beginning to think they are scammers.

Nice customer support and smooth user friendly UI
Dynadot, LLC extorted my business for $750 (originally $990). They lifted my domain straight off of my federal trademark filing with the USPTO. I am now seeking legal action, via the federal anticybersquatting act. They've done this to many other businesses. I recommend that you look up their reviews on other sites, and avoid this company.
Dynadot is a scam company, I don't advise any one to deal with this trash company, I bought a domain name and after a 10 days they deleted my domain name, when I asked what's happening with my domain name they told me it is available and you can buy it! I've never imagined this kind of scam,...
