Now I catn start a new chat because they didnt close the convo. Im frustrated and in desperate need to get a hold of my emails and unsuspend my acct. I need HELP please someone get back to me ASAP
The web builder tools are easy to learn. Nice flexibility and variety of templates, themes, components, and functions. Great pricing!
However, I am disappointed in the slow loading of photos. I've never experienced that when building through any other web app.
Finding website builder from dashboard is confusing
It's very slow. It sometimes takes forever or a refresh to get anything done.
It was not an easy process working with the technician assigned to building my website according to the needs of my organization and upon completion of the site it has not to this day easy to upload photos and make changes to the website without paying for support in which I think would not be beneficial to me since the techinicians that built the website did not build a satisfactory site for me.

I wanted to check out this service. I am pretty sure I payed and didn't follow through myself. Then I got auto renewed without having actually gotten a product. If so, please cancel me NOW!
I like the secure two factor authentication for logging in. However, Adding, sizing, moving content on the website depending on your business model can be a beast. It works but it is complicated and could be made easier with a few more content controls.
The web design interface is extremely clunky. I honestly did not think it could be worse but then they did a major redesign and it was actually worse. Pictures have to be added one by one in a multi click process, rotating 90 or 180 degrees nearly impossible, add blog button works about half the time. Too many issues to name them all.
Customer service is very slow to fix a problem and don't have solutions
Spent money but not provided the level of service guaranteed. Staff was rude and passed the buck.
I was just trying to register the domain. I directed me to word press and i thought i did everything right but apparently not. For a beginner it is not enough details and unfriendly when questions arise

Im a customer from nz and it can be frustrating waiting on the line or the rep taking awhile to assist with my web issue especially when it is a toll call. It seems affordable but it all adds up and can be expensive
