I have been trying to change my phone number for 8 months. Each time I call I tell whoever to help me fix the number. They all said it was done. They were lazy or something else. It never changed until today. The agent was willing to spend a long, long time on the phone with to fix my phone number. She was excellent in her work.

At first my experience was poor to put it mildly unfortunately until Candice T started to assist me. I told her how my webpage was not working correctly and that I had spoken with at least 3 other customer support people with no luck. She worked with me over several weeks to get my website up and running correctly. I appreciate Candice's time, efforts and dedication. My experience with Patrick was very productive.
My experience with making a payment to renew a URL was terrible!
When filling out the payment form, it would not accept my name no matter what I did.
After spending nearly an hour online and 30 minutes trying to resolve this matter, I am extremely dissatisfied!

Third interaction for emails not being delivered for authenticate with either SPF or DKIM not being allowed. Each time I have ben told it was taken care of and I would be all set after 2 to 4 hours until the third time where they are saying 24 to 48 hours. It's already been nearly 24 hours and no resolution. Very frustrating when one is paying for professional email service. Training of personnel would help!

Sam was extremely helpful. I had originally contacted Network Solutions to cancel all but one of my six email accounts. Sam gave me options that were much better for my situation and I ended up keeping four of my six email accounts. Sam was patience, explained the process and made sure he did what was in my best interest. Sam made me feel like I was his only client. Network Solutions is lucky to have him!

The level of service from NS has been steadily getting worse over the years. I have been with them for almost 20 years when they were great. I have been moving more and more services to another provider. Eventually, I will leave as expiration dates come.

Had some complex questions on how to migrate emails and pointing protocols from URLS with NS to new servers with Msoft, where the email was hosted elsewhere. Second issue was how to transfer URLS purchased elsewhere to NS to host DNS records and then point associated emails to Msoft to host emails on their platform. Jhol was patient clear and outstanding. She took me through all steps and procedures and made everything exceedingly clear.

Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
Answer: I had to ring my credit card company and get them to stop the payment
Answer: I was working with a consultant from the Small Business Development Center when I began my business. She advised me to register my LLC and then to go to Register.com to buy the domain name before anyone else could. Later on, she suggested Register when I was looking for hosting.
