While I still don't understand what caused the original problem, I called NS and was quickly connected to a service representative with almost NO wait time, which was impressive. The rep I spoke with was so friendly and empathized with me and was determined to solve my problem. He was so patient and so friendly and I felt like he genuinely cared about ME, not like he was just "doing his job" Give that guy a raise!

The two representatives, Candice T and Michika, really took care of me while rebuilding my webstore. They were both very knowledgeable themselves and were able to complete many changes and issues immediately. Those they couldn't, they sent to the offline team. I was impressed with the speed of their work and how closely their online and offline team worked together. They scheduled call-backs with me to pick up where we left off each time, ensuring that every matter we faced was addressed. Nothing was overlooked. I was able to relax through the process and know that the work would be completed competently, especially since these two representatives stayed by my side through the whole process. I didn't have to work with someone new and explain the entire matter over and over again each time, like the process had been in the past ------ this made a HUGE difference in how smoothly the work went. I enjoyed speaking with them because they were so professional and proficient in their work, while making me feel valued, appreciated, and in good hands! I owned this domain fo and lost my wallet in 2021 r at least 20 years, but I lost my wallet in 2021 and had to get a new credit card. I forgot to give Dreamhost my new credit card number, and I lost both TheHollywoodBeat.com and BentGent.com. So it was with great relief that I discovered I could buy BentGent.com back (Ihad re-acquired TheHollywoodBeat.com two years back), So Carl Jane F helped guide me through the entire process. We talked to pro support multiple times and they could never get anything fixed or taken care of. As soon as I talked to Candice T. She fixed 80% of everything that had issues in the FIRST phone call. Candice T. Also had my emails assigned to my current WordPress package which took a little time but she followed up with a phone call, which was today and she checked into and took care of another issue with unauthorized login.
Also on our first phone call Candice T. Taught me how to make basic changes and use the BRICKS Builder.

Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
Answer: I had to ring my credit card company and get them to stop the payment
Answer: I was working with a consultant from the Small Business Development Center when I began my business. She advised me to register my LLC and then to go to Register.com to buy the domain name before anyone else could. Later on, she suggested Register when I was looking for hosting.
