My issue was that I had a domain that was coming up for renewal. When I spoke to customer service they let me know about the Essentials Package which I ended up purchasing. I created a website but when I went to check it was not available.
I called into customer service and spoke with Jay. He was able to delete my old domain and point my website to the new package domain. He was patient, understanding, knowledgeable and fixed my issue very quickly.

My email was not working. I called Web.com support and talked with Roxy. Roxy was very patient with me and very knowledgeable. She diagnosed my issue in minutes and made the necessary adjustments. Roxy asked me to wait four hours for the system to resync and reindex. After four hours I was back in business. Roxy was terrific.

Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
Answer: I had to ring my credit card company and get them to stop the payment
Answer: I was working with a consultant from the Small Business Development Center when I began my business. She advised me to register my LLC and then to go to Register.com to buy the domain name before anyone else could. Later on, she suggested Register when I was looking for hosting.
