I would like to see you website & IT department fall into a Volcano. ZERO BOLD PRINT INFO ON SITE SAYING EACH PURCHASE IS NON-RETURNABLE. Live in scammer mode. I wont be a returning client.
Run into many technical issues, the site is glitchy and closes out a lot while I am updating or adding items or editing my website. Not user friendly, the website building is at times frustrating and there are many lacks of options such as ability to add a personalization box for customers during item purchase.
Kinda buggie but I can deal with it so far and there's perks. The website builder is great, some things could be made simplier.

I didn't renew EARLICK.com on time. My fault, yes.
But it went to the global audience and a bot picked it up.
It now sells for $2000 - they aren't using it, just being a-holes.

Your transfer process id garbage! It would not work and Customer service had to do the transfers.

They are the type of company that simply doesn't care. Their website glitched and my renewal didn't go through, I tried again and it worked but I find out I was charged 2x. I asked for a refund, they say no refunds. Even when their website didn't work - no exceptions. They take zero responsibility - steer clear doing business with companies like this.
I'm totally new to this and you have No steps on how to proceed.

When ordering, when I entered my email address the autocorrect changed ".com" to ".con" resulting in 2 hours of waiting and messaging and days before I got this confirmation. Please look into improving your tech support.

Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
