I received a phishing email regarding a bogus Network Solutions email account, and the service rep, Jazz, quickly rectified the problem. Jazz was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly--everything a first-rate rep should be.

Renewal, future Network Solutions CEO!

Rene was excellent. He needs to be fast tracked all the way to the top and run the company. Why? Because he was straightforward, understanding and extremely helpful with no thought of himself. Angelo is absolutely phenomenal!

I was totally flummoxed by the Workspace set up, and after several tries had gotten NOWHERE with it. I called, thinking I would spend 15 minutes just to authenticate my name... but no, Angelo took my PIN and verified it against the address on the account. He listened attentively to my problem, and then, BOOM!, just like that, he walked me through all the myriad steps to set up, verify, and forward my account. He is a true jewel in the crown of your company!

Awesome Response Setting Up Outlook

I was very impressed with the service that I received today. I was lost trying to set up my Outlook client and needed an assist. I discovered that because of changes that had been made between register.com and network solutions, I had bad information. Jan Clarence jumped right in identified my issues and quickly resolved the problem in a positive and upbeat way.

Earlier this year the company I worked for went out of business. During the closing of the company we shut down all the accounts associated with the business, but somehow missed the website being on register.com. 6 months later I was charged with a renewal, but unfortunately I had no way to access the account. I called the support line and got help immediately with only basic information of the business and my payment information for validation. The representative did everything they could to validate, and then removed my payment information as well as issue me a refund within 30 minutes. Fantastic service and support.

I reached out about a billing email that felt unexpectedly alarming. Telephoned, and after one transfer, the human, Marvin A. I. immediately understood the concern and broke it down into four clear areas: domain registration, SSL, hosting, and email. Due to recent acquisitions, there were overlapping services—but Marvin navigated the complexity with ease.

Since I no longer needed hosting, SSL wasn't required either. Marvin validated my issues quickly. He then helped me access my domain registration and showed extraordinary patience—and knowledge which included a password reset and MFA

As someone experienced in technical support, I can confidently say this was a 10 out of 10 interaction. Marvin A. I. met the standard for excellence. Remarkable support. Best support call ever

Above and Beyond Customer Service

I have been a loyal Network Solutions customer for twenty years - and have purchased numerous Domain Names and contracted other Products over the years. Recently I seem to have contracted inadvertently with a Hosting Fee ($11.99 per month) and since my Web Site is hosted at another company, your representative, Apple, was super responsive, and creative - She addressed my concerns and applied it to a "privacy" product, thus extending it for a couple years.
