I received a phishing email regarding a bogus Network Solutions email account, and the service rep, Jazz, quickly rectified the problem. Jazz was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly--everything a first-rate rep should be.

Rene was excellent. He needs to be fast tracked all the way to the top and run the company. Why? Because he was straightforward, understanding and extremely helpful with no thought of himself. Give him a big raise in the interim, and fast track him to become CEO of Network Solutions and this is no joke. I know it will happen it's just a matter of time. Thanks, Dan

THE PERSON WHO WORKED WITH ME WAS VERY HELPFUL IN SETTING UP A NEW EMAIL - I HAD FORGOTTEN HOW TO DO THIS. THEY ALSO OFFERED ME A DISCOUNT FOR RENEWING SERVICES FOR THE NEXT THREE YEARS.
