Absolutely one the worst companies to work with. I've tried 4 times to transfer a domain and it is still not completed. Each contact I'm assured it will get done. The only thing I get is more emails trying to sell me something. They're great at taking my money but zero help when you need to get something done.
Trying to sort out how to set up google workspace. I might as well try to perform a root canal on myself. Is there a delay that I have to wait 24 hours? No idea. How do I log in to the google admin account? No idea. Can I get the admin access from the domains interface? Not as far as I can tell.

Dont advertise it will cost 10 - 14.99 per month then charge 40. Not okay to lie. And the domain/server kinda sucks especially for 39.99 per month. Wont send appointment verification to my customers. Wont load correctly or take forever... the only reason im keeping it this month is because i got a few sales
When i right the domain name i needed a big green tik appeared on a frame.
I thought that was what i wanted so i make the purchase.
It came out that some info with gray blurred laters was over that big green frame and i didnt notice. My thought was that this was my correct purchase. My mistake? YES! But in the end i make falls choice.

SO FRUSTRATED! Your website does not have instructions on how to create an email address using the domain without purchasing Google workplace. EVERYTHING points to making additional purchases. This information was not disclosed up front. Bad form!

They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
