Domain allows known website squatters/grabbers register names that have previously been in use. These website squatters (such as GODaddy LLC) then exploit legitimate registrations by charging extortionate rates (between $1,000 to $5,000 plus fake broker fees considering the website is actually registered with them) to release the domain name. It is disappointing. And it left Jitesh in a position where he was not able to help or offer any empathy. Domain must do more to stop name grabbers like GoDAddy.
There are many technical issues with my site. Pages not indexing, lack of flexibility with formatting my blog post. Just very basic stuff that should already be figured out.

I didn't realize you make us have different logins for different domains. One of my URLs just autorenewed because i had no idea you require more than one account instead of putting all our purchases together. I'm vey unhappy.

The chat window covered the cart and order information and made it too confusing. [I was using a Chrome browser on my MacPro]. I could not move my chat window either on my screen! Can.t find help to transfer the token google workspace
My hosting and web building account with you is currently suspended for non payment when in fact I paid my monthly bill 4 days ago when I was lied to by one of your employees. As I had been trying for over a week to add 4 subdomains to my domain and being helped everyday by one of yours and being told Something different Every day. Finally this woman 4 days ago tells me that I have the wrong kind of hosting package to add subdomains to and that is why no one can get them to work. She further explains that the hosting I need will cost $16.00 a month and the old hosting would be cancelled. She charged me that day $9.65 to start up the new hosting insuring me that my email and the web site I was creating would simply transfer to the new package. Well 4 days later and the web site is not working, the subdomains are not working and someone thinks I didnt pay my bill and shut me down...Somebody that knows what they are doing owes me an appology and an explanation.
Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
