The company's reputation is marked by a stark divide in customer experiences. On one hand, some clients commend the quality of specific services, particularly in web design and SEO assistance, highlighting instances of exceptional customer support. However, a significant number of reviews reveal persistent issues, including slow response times, inadequate technical support, and billing disputes, which contribute to a growing sense of frustration among long-term users. Overall, while there are positive interactions, the prevailing sentiment underscores a troubling decline in service quality and reliability, prompting many customers to seek alternatives.

Very confusing interface. I just want to cancel my hosting plan and redirect my domain name to another website.
Customer service is unresponsive and when you finally do get through to someone they refuse to listen to fully understand the problem and insist it's fixed when it's not! Even after escalation 3 times same result keep insisting the problem is fixed when they are wrong I give up
As an ex computer engineer this is the worst structure I have ever encountered. I used the DOTSTER SERVER for years with no problems. It was much easier to log in and easy to navigate.
I've been trying for a while to get my website up and running. I've been on hold several times and I've been told that they would call me back but they haven't done so.
It seems my login process has changed without notice and I have extra pages I need to skip which seem like they are advertisments
On Monday I requested an auth code to transfer a domain to another party. Have not received the auth code yet, and it is Thursday. No acknowledgement of my request. This is bad business practce and makes me want to move the rest of my domains.
We've been waiting for MONTHS for our information to be updated on whois.com. I'm not satisfied with the support
The space of the inbox is extremely small. I found myself deleting message all the time.

Always got a problem with username and password and you don't have an option for selecting myself for my username
web.com dashboard is a big mess. For something simple as changing the DNS setting of one of my domain names, it has been 3 days of chatting with your chat support and email the support team and still my DNS has not been updated. I have escalated the issue to the next tier support but they have not been able to help me either. My domain name is royalspacarwash.com and I just need to change the DNS setting for this domain name to:
NS835.websitewelcome.com
NS836.websitewelcome.com
But seems like nobody at the support dept know how to do it.
2 step verification is a crock! I have yet to find out whether I pay one price for unlimited email addresses or whether you intend to charge me for each one. I don't have a good feeling about this. I was told nothing would change but so much is changing.
Bought SSL through Domain.com. They could never get it work. Had to cancel and get it refunded after 2 weeks of trying.
I seem have a lot of trouble with this website from time to time. I have a hard time linking my email address to my phone so that is very inconvenient. I also wish that you could import another website design to take over the editing aspect.
Web.com has over-priced services overall. I also had a couple of accounts with mydomain.com that you purchased. It is a terrible service. I want to cancel it all.
I have been a mydomain.com customer for at least 20 years. They were more responsive and flexible than web.com.
Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
Answer: I had to ring my credit card company and get them to stop the payment
Answer: I was working with a consultant from the Small Business Development Center when I began my business. She advised me to register my LLC and then to go to Register.com to buy the domain name before anyone else could. Later on, she suggested Register when I was looking for hosting.
