A bit confusing at first but after my questions were answered, it works OK.
The AI feature is useless. It is frustrating to try to get the point across to your AI robot. It really needs more sophistication. If you want to keep customers, shut if off and have a person answer the chat first. Customer frustration will loose customers. My wife will not put up with it, she just moves on to something else or someone else.
$#*!ing awful. I cannot express how frustrated and disappointed I am in web.com. I have been attempting to move my domain out of this awful service for 3 months now and every single attempt has failed. I have yet to receive a single transfer code after requesting one half a dozen times. Seriously, your service is awful and unusable.
Not getting great support when I need it. Chat support people are not as helpful as they could be or knowledgeable enough.

Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
