I cannot figure out how to build my website. I paid for the site building service and it is not loading on on my laptop

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I was sold a product that hasn't worked since day one. Nothing but lies, and a website and email that don't work. My info, emails, and site weren't moved as promised, and tech and mytime support, network solutions, and web.com support DON'T WORK! No one here cares.
Web.com owes me months of refunds. I had cancelled months ago, never even made a website because it was not user friendly. I have done the online chat and thought everything was cancelled and noted I was still getting charged so called and was assured it was cancelled and I just saw that once again have been charged. They refunded me for about 2 months (not full amount) I'm out a couple of hundred dollars at this point and who knows if it is actually cancelled this third time of trying to cancel. Very frustrating.
Horrible customer service and I haven't gotten any of my issues solved so far. Been "disconnected" multiple times after working towards a solution for over an hour each call.
My website is down and so far there isn't anyone that can get it active for me.

It was a little difficult accessing my inbox but technical support and I figured it out.
Things have gone well thus far. I have access to the tools I used to have with Dyn before Oracle bought them. I've been pleased with the price-point.
I've had the ongoing issue of Web not opening the website builder for months now. I have been needing to change my website and can't do so. I've talked to customer service and all they said was " It working from my end, refresh your browser". Never got any help.
We have a simple email migration and you guys screwed up.
Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.

Answer: I was working with a consultant from the Small Business Development Center when I began my business. She advised me to register my LLC and then to go to Register.com to buy the domain name before anyone else could. Later on, she suggested Register when I was looking for hosting.
