The company's reputation is marked by a stark divide in customer experiences. On one hand, some clients commend the quality of specific services, particularly in web design and SEO assistance, highlighting instances of exceptional customer support. However, a significant number of reviews reveal persistent issues, including slow response times, inadequate technical support, and billing disputes, which contribute to a growing sense of frustration among long-term users. Overall, while there are positive interactions, the prevailing sentiment underscores a troubling decline in service quality and reliability, prompting many customers to seek alternatives.

I am unable to create a simple online store. There are only 3 templates for an online store. I published my website and it works so slow. I can't add simple things like colors etc. Currently my worst ever experience.
The person on the other end is accommodating of my needs and being as helpful as one can be.
Disliked email essentials not a clear way to cancel/change
Random blocks show up while other blocks disappear. It's a bit frustrating.
Hosting plan prices increased 4 times in the last years.
Easy to buy, clear options, fair pricing. Was able to point my MX records to cloud+ while I work on building my own box to provide web, mail, and file services. Have referred a friend for his business.
Hi, only problem I'm having is that I can't find my domain email address to complete website
I have been with domain.com for a long time. The service has always been good.

The only web service I'll ever use. Staff is very friendly and professional, And the tools are very easy and reliant.
Support is great and very helpful in resolving issues.
Your support is HORRIBLE (I waited 11 minutes on chat today and NO ONE ever responded). I spent more than 2 hours today trying to resolve an issue with renewing friendmed.co (I paid for 2 years-shd be a 2028 expiry now and is still 2026) and 4 calls later it is STILL not resolved...further, I got an escalation ticket from some company called ipage.com (with whom I have NO RELATIONSHIP). The fact that you guys have no way for customers to email support with screenshots of issues, etc., is a JOKE as well. Your web interface is slow, unreliable, and clunky, and your prices (which lured me here in the first place) have gone WAY UP, especially considering the aforementioned low quality service, interface, reliability, etc. GET IT TOGETHER!
I am having an issue easily incorporating web schedule onto my website
Why is my site still available for purchase when i already own it and why won't my build start? What is wrong with my account and where is somebody to talk to about any of it?
So far, so good. I'm new to this and struggling with what everything means, what I need vs. what is extra (could do later).
I have called support over a dozen times to fix the ongoing issues I've experienced. Each time I call I am unable to get the issues resolved due to the total incompetence of the Domain.com staff.
I have not received payment invoice for all services. It means i do not know how much money to prepare on my credit card. It caused that now i have risk to loose my privacy. Also you increase price without any previous informing.
It's a bit difficult for me to assign or change the direction i want the domain to point to
In the middle of transferring in my domains in and then it said my account was suspended. Now i dont see the last one there that i was charged for...
Bought a domain and not seeing it in my domain list.
Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
Answer: I had to ring my credit card company and get them to stop the payment
Answer: I was working with a consultant from the Small Business Development Center when I began my business. She advised me to register my LLC and then to go to Register.com to buy the domain name before anyone else could. Later on, she suggested Register when I was looking for hosting.
