Please hire people who are from America, and allow us to speak directly with techs. Your people have closed tickets without even addressing them, because they don't understand when you type or speak, they canceled my domain which I NEVER requested (they just don't understand problems, so I have over 100 support tickets, and no website after 2 years of paying. This company is worthless. Not to mention the confusion of getting tickets from and calls and emails from both web.com and network solutions. SEPARATE THEM. IT'S CONFUSING! Also, your sales team are a bunch of liars. For 4 years, each time, I'm promised things that end up complete lies. Your team break more things than they fix, and sell you packages that don't exist, and won't fix it.
