I did not authorize my website Climate Change Plan B to go online. I explicitly told Lincoln yesterday I did not authorize my website to go online and I felt the website was totally mixed-up, fraught with errors, not at all what I requested, and had completely loss the spirit of the mission. I had previously sent Lincoln an email with the corrected text and where the text should be placed. It was completely ignored. I resent that text yesterday with the understanding that he understood my concerns, that he would act in good faith to make the needed corrections (which are major), and that he would call me the following day to take care of all the problems, since they are clearly major.
Again, please take the unauthorized website immediately. There could be real credibility and liability issues to Climate Change Plan B.
Everything is well just a little confusing at least for right now
I have had nothing but issues with purchasing a domain. So many that I ended up buy the domain twice because you sent me an email telling me the time lapsed. So I' am now told you won't refund one. I wish I would have stayed at godaddy. I will not recommend you to anyone. No help, and no refund, Horrible service. I emailed 4-5 times asking for help heard crickets. Very upset over my treatment. You have taught me how to NOT to treat my customers. And I've already message with your people over this to NO help!
My sites are not visible, your support sucks, you somehow started taking payment automatically when I had this account on a manual renew, you raised prices with no warning and everything about this site sucks, I will be exploring square space and trying to leave you very soon. Domain.com and Bluehost are terrible. Useless, waste of money.

Need to remove the "Auto renew" on "dhtumblrz.com", this is not active, you are not authorized to charge on my credit card. Also, why cannot I not update/save my address info? Do not save my credit card info.

I tried to get a refund but was charged 20.98 twice for one domain and I won't work with them again.
I purchased google workspace when registering my domain names and have not yet been able to use it due to an error. I have contacted support several times and the issue is not yet resolved so I am unable to proceed with my email and website setup.
The product is absolutely fine, however, the service leaves a lot to be desired. A recent change in email security happened. Web.com sent instructions that did not work. When I called for assistance, I was told I had to pay an additional $59.99 to get the problem fixed. This is not the first time it has happened. Email changes that result in interrupted service seem to happen once a year or so. Seems like a gimmick to get more money out of you. Plus, anytime you call in, the person tries to up-sell you on other services or products.
It is difficult to set things up. I've attempted to use the chat. :(

When I tried to login in the past I could not! I found the bill had not been paid. Fine. However, that is not how to treat a customer. You should have safeguards in the system to let me get into the account and alert me that the bill has not been paid! Other systems do that and it TRULY seems more courteous. When I log in I must think that everything is ok or I need to update something.
Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.

Answer: I was working with a consultant from the Small Business Development Center when I began my business. She advised me to register my LLC and then to go to Register.com to buy the domain name before anyone else could. Later on, she suggested Register when I was looking for hosting.
