This company has gone downhill. Pages are slow to load. Have had several outages and issues over the years. Bait and switch - low entry fee and then they jack the prices after the homey moon phase. Now I have to wait 33 minutes to chat with someone. Boo hiss domain.com. Can't wait to be rid of you.
So user-unfriendly: All I want to do is add text boxes and reposition these as I like on the website home page.You don't offer that option at all. PLEASE DO NOT GET BACK TO ME UNLESS YOU HAVE A CONCRETE INSTRUCTION FOR REARRANGING AND ADDING TEXT BOXES TO THE LAYOUT. I DONT NEED TO ADD NEW SECTIONS.
All I tried to do was purchase a domain name usage. I was charged for the business essentials plan twice per month. I never authorized this double purchase for services not rendered

Not very user friendly. The connection to wordpress is not easy. Changed information on the wordpress website and now locked out.
Google workspace is not providing a shared drive, which I paid for with Business plus. No one can fix it. Your website says it takes 7 days to build a website with quick start, so I paid for that. I was told that has not been updated and it will take 10-13 days. I can't access my email either.
Everything is slow and I get no real support for it.
I talked to help center twice and both times they asked for security question, which i didnot provide because i felt that my account could be manipulated, and my domains could be transferred to some one (i mean stolen). So i rather went for NOT taking help from help center guy both times.

Purchasing the domain was a task as my CC was not being accepted. I understand that this due to the new RBI rule. I purchased the domain through PayPal and verified the domain and yet I see that it's not listed in my account. Also, every time I refresh the dashboard, I am required to type in my Address, Postal ID, ph no. This is very inconvinient.
Payment was held and then told it was refunded then I was charged anyway and now I made a purchase through multiple companies. I would prefer to be refunded since I was told I would not be charged by support team
I have not had any problems with payments or billing or the services and tools. I like the reminders 60 days prior to expiration.

Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.

Answer: I was working with a consultant from the Small Business Development Center when I began my business. She advised me to register my LLC and then to go to Register.com to buy the domain name before anyone else could. Later on, she suggested Register when I was looking for hosting.
