The method for canceling domains is not obvious and very oscure and your website takes FOREVER to load. STILL after all these years of being like this.
This experience has been awful. I purchased one domain and that went well. I purchased a second domain and I never got any login details via email. After waiting 5 whole days someone emailed a link to reset the password to my account, which I have done. Now my account has the second domain but not the first! Why isn't the domain I've purchased and have created an email for now not my account?! Horrible Horrible experience. I can get any work done for a week because of this mess. Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
