Lost email capability the beginning of April 2023. I called and called and all I got was that they would fix it (3calls) on the 4th call the girls says well if you renew now I will send the repair right up to the top people and it will be fixed in 48 hours. That cost me $105.08. A week later, still nothing. So I messaged for them to issue a refund $105.08. The girl said in a written message that the FULL AMOUNT WOULD BE PROCESSED. Nope still, $23.24 still missing. Today, I chatted and she said can't do can only refund $11.00, that the balance is a processing fee. So folks, I have been with them for over 15 years and treated like this. I don't think so and you should think twice about purchasing from them.

Packages and pricing are great, however knowing what is included in each package and accessing the features are ridiculously complicated. I verified before purchasing that the package I got includes an email address associated with the domain name, and every time I try to set it up, the page (which took me more than 5 minutes to find) is perpetually loading. I tried to use WordPress (part of the package I bought), and it always kicks me back to the start page without telling me why. I'm incredibly frustrated.
Deciding on a package was equally challenging. I initially thought I would need to spend around $300 for everything I wanted, which was far more than I wanted to spend. After 2 chat sessions, I got my order down to $100 with everything I wanted and nothing extra. (That price included a coupon I got because I had left without purchasing at least once.) The whole process took more than an hour, pricing was different depending on how I got to the particular feature, and I only got full details on what each component included from the chat team since it doesn't exist anywhere on their websites. I will not be recommending domain.com for anything aside from just purchasing a domain name.
I would like to set up my name servers but must wait up to 24 hours. I don't like waiting.

Unable to register my domain and website still yet after many tries. CUstomer service... Next to none. I was also charged 75.00 twice for 2 different domains and I only bought one. lerouxllc.com. I would like a refund for the additional 75.00
Whenever i go to my business email i keep getting this error message, i called support 2 weeks ago with the same problem. And after being on the phone for over 45 minutes the problem was supposed to be fixed only to find out the problem has not been fixed. I set up all of my settings and im still having problems getting notifications when i receive a purchase and the order is saying its unpaid. But you can't place an order without paying. I contacted my customer and they informed me that they did pay and funds had been taken out of their account so obviously its a problem with the website. Since they system was upgraded I've had so many problems its hard to actually run my business. And when you call support you can barely understand them and they give you false information or they just don't know there job or products very well either or its a headache and after putting in months of work designing my website and online store myself, i would hater to haft to start all over on another platform but hats just what i might haft to do. Sorry for all of the rambling, its just frustrating to haft to deal with one problem after another especially when it comes to the small details that really lets the customers know how good of a business you have.
I had an issue with registrating domain, after 8 days of waiting I have wrote to support and they managed to register my domain.
When I paid domain I didn't get any confirmation through email, I didn't know whats happening.
When domain was registrated finally I didn't get any password for Control Panel, so I needed to write to support again.
In a nutshell I had an issue on every step, that's the reason why you got 2 stars
There are multiple aspects of my website that are continuously not working. Every time I call to get it fixed, it only fixes the problem for a couple hours, then goes back to not working. I'm never charged the same date of the month, and prices keep rising.

Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.

Answer: I was working with a consultant from the Small Business Development Center when I began my business. She advised me to register my LLC and then to go to Register.com to buy the domain name before anyone else could. Later on, she suggested Register when I was looking for hosting.
