I'm trying to cancel my Website Builder Express. I can't find an option to do that anywhere on the site. I opened a chat to get support and have been waiting 12 minutes without getting a single response. This is miserable customer service. Just make a cancel button! Why don't you have a simple cancel button!

For the last couple of weeks I have had nothing but unsolved problem after problem. Domain comignling, accounts comingling, pointers not working. The list goes on.
I have a form on my website that should come to my e-mail. I have contacted web.com and they say it is working. My customers send me the form and I do not get it. I have lost MUCH business over this. I have at least 5 customers a day call me and ask why I didn't get back to them. I never got their completed form. I do not have a complicated website. Allynplumbing.com I was told that web.com could handle this simple form. Looks like it can't.

These 'upgrades' to the admin area are horrible. It's WAY slower, and it seems like you can't actually do as much as you used to - let me know if I'm just missing something. So far, I am hating this.

I Bought a domain with this company, I splell 1 letter wrong at my email...than starts my nightmare, contact them many time by chat, proof my ID, fill up the forms they ask for aswer all the questions, inclued the last digi for my credit card... more than 48 hours nothing happened, I can have any confirmation of my purchase, can not access the domain I bought, and the answer is the same our team working on, waiting they contact you... Lord I just need to access and has a confirmation for what I paid for... they don't care they just play with you pattience never ever reccomend this company again! I have few domains in different companies never get this problem and takes so long! Think 3x before paid or get any service in this company!

The website builder is great, however the account management functions on this website are terrible. Also, the two-factor for sign in doesn't allows work--I type in the passcode, click submit & nothing happens.
Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.

Answer: I was working with a consultant from the Small Business Development Center when I began my business. She advised me to register my LLC and then to go to Register.com to buy the domain name before anyone else could. Later on, she suggested Register when I was looking for hosting.
