Not easy to navigate thru your site. Too many clicks to get to my domain maintenance. Plus your site locks up all the time and I have to remove cookies over and over to get thru. Something isn't right

The site is good, I like to use it, but the fact that I can't cancel a domain has caused me harm over the years, there are several domains that I bought for clients, which I can't cancel and you keep charging me without giving me the option to cancel, this is absurd, I consider it an offense to my right to free choice.

I have spent many hours attempting to get my website up and running using web.com. I have never had so much trouble setting up web hosting and a domain before. I have developed about 20 other websites before and had never used web.com to do so, never having any problems with other providers. The basics of purchasing a domain and connecting it to a hosting package has been difficult. I have contacted web.com's support team and was assured the issue would be resolved after the technician refreshed my account. The issue still remains and I don't particularly feel confident in web.com or have the time to contact support again at this time.

The agent with the Domain team was not so pleasant, she was almost rude.

The last agent with Modification Team was excellent.
Knowledgeable, Friendly, and resourceful. He was great! A breath of fresh air after working with the previous girl.

I didn't buy any of this domain but I was fraudulently charged. I've been on a chat with Gana for over an hour asking her to cancel the transaction but instead, he or she is frustrating me. I've asked her several times to transfer me to a supervisor or someone else that can help but she wouldn't. So talk about a company from HELL
