My webpage has been inactive for more than 6 months and I was still being charged for the builder.
The representative canceled auto-renewal upon my request but forget to cancel the builder charges. Therefore I didn't have any webpage for 6 months but they charged me a monthly builder fee.
They are not responsible enough and they have recently canceled the phone customer service.
To me 1- the platform is so complicated and not user-friendly at all, 2- the whole system is not integrated so if you want to add or cancel anything you need to make sure that everything is signed together, the domain, the builder, and other things. And this is very uncomfortable with such a hard-to-work-with platform. 3- customer service is not knowledgeable enough and they are not following your request, they are pushy to keep you and try to keep as much service as they can. So you will be paying for their mistakes.
In the current world that everything is connected and automated, such an inefficient service is just a waste of money, resources and time.
Lots of miscommuhnication between google and domain and both sides are swaying it is the other!

Found renewing my domain a bit messy. I had accidentally stopped automatic payments in my PayPal account, and when I realized my mistake I logged into my Domain.com account but I was unable to add a payment card to my account. So my renewal payment didn't go out when it should have. Then when I tried to use PayPal to renew manually my account was suspended all of a sudden!? Definitely not a nice process! I did have my account renewed very quickly, and my domain also, but it was still a bit scary.
Maybe someone can look into why I was unable to add my Laser bank card to my account over a week beforehand, which would have allowed my domain to renew on time.
I can not access this site at all through some devices however I can on my iphone 12 but I'm having alot of trouble setting up the store / website
I'm currently limited to devices as lap top needs repair or replaced in the meantime if I can not access full function of the site through a brand new or repair computer I'll be asking for my money back under money back policy of 4 days

I learned the rep spelled my domain name incorrectly and if I did not call up the following day in three days I would have been stuck. Today the representative I talked with today was excellent and helpful.
First off I. Cannot even figure out how to even $#*!ing start setting up my goddamn website! Ignoring the fact that you charged me for securing my domain name! What is the point of buying a domain name if it is not secured? Then you go and charge me for it without verifying with me before you actually charge me!
Should I not have this resolved by the 8th I am going to my bank to declare this transaction as fraudulent!
Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.

Answer: I was working with a consultant from the Small Business Development Center when I began my business. She advised me to register my LLC and then to go to Register.com to buy the domain name before anyone else could. Later on, she suggested Register when I was looking for hosting.
