The company's reputation is marked by a stark divide in customer experiences. On one hand, some clients commend the quality of specific services, particularly in web design and SEO assistance, highlighting instances of exceptional customer support. However, a significant number of reviews reveal persistent issues, including slow response times, inadequate technical support, and billing disputes, which contribute to a growing sense of frustration among long-term users. Overall, while there are positive interactions, the prevailing sentiment underscores a troubling decline in service quality and reliability, prompting many customers to seek alternatives.

I have 5 sites purchased through Domain.com yet for some reason I need to have 2 separate accounts. I'm fairly new to this, and I think that is very confusing. I would appreciate more direction re: next steps or a step by step process for setting up.
Before I can even read what's on your page? You keep popping up with all this other stuff it is quite annoying
So far so good, however this survey is far to early to elicit any quality feedback. You get two stars for your site working properly and an additional star for giving me a better feeling than Google did. So please quit pushing them on me. I don't want it and I've already purchased what I need right now. In my opinion its ridiculous to send a survey so early. The other two stars won't be achievable until I've needed support. Until then I won't know what you're really about.
Network Solutions did a great job rewriting parts of my website for SEO purposes. Zabrina (I'm not certain how she spells her name) did the work and explained to me how to track the results. She provided friendly, excellent service.
Just signed up. Im trying to set up email. It's very slow or unable to open page
I waited for support for over 90 minutes on several occasions and never got to speak to anyone. No response to emails sent via messenger. I ended up deleting my website because I could not downgrade from eCommerce to a lower plan.
I checked my credit card app and see that $269.56 is deducted from my account. I chatted with Domain.com agents and they said that after one month and a half, they cannot refund me while even the content of the web page that I already uploaded is not available. I talked to two agents and the second one was a manager. None of them helped to solve my problem. They said that they sent me a 30-day prior-to-payment email to let me know about the payment. I checked my inbox and I didn't receive any emails about the payments. I checked my junk emails and saw that half of my junk box is filled by the domain.com emails and the old junk emails from month 3/2023 were not even available. For the company like domain.com, they should know that most of their emails are going to the junk boxes, and they don't have a refund policy after one month and a half?! Isn't weird? It is an absolute fraud. Also, the content of my web page disappeared, and for sure by paying $200 I was not the person who brought down the content! Another thing is that the process of inactivating the services was so familiar. I'm pretty sure that I deactivated the auto payment sometime before it happens. But, even now by deactivating the auto payment, I didn't receive any email about that, while it could be a good proof for the future if the auto payment become activated again. When the content of my web app is disappeared, how should I trust their platform to turn on the auto payment? It seems that their platform is not safe and has a lot of technical problem!
Easy to set up. I am waiting to see how the finished product is going to work.
A domain was offered that was not available and my payment was accepted for it only to have to wait 7 to 10 business days for a refund after 1 hour on a chat. It took the support 1 hour to figure out that the domain I had paid for was already taken.
The website creator has good structure but doesn't allow for much personal creativity.
Well it would be nice if your site was user friendly
Incredible number of bugs, some of them critical, e.g. auto-renew doesn't work, we are talking to support about it every single year.
This year, our maxiticket.* domain stopped to work because of failing auto-renew. Disaster.
There is no phone number to actually speak to customer service. So what should have taken me a few minutes is now taking much much longer. Its ridiculous
Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
Answer: I had to ring my credit card company and get them to stop the payment
Answer: I was working with a consultant from the Small Business Development Center when I began my business. She advised me to register my LLC and then to go to Register.com to buy the domain name before anyone else could. Later on, she suggested Register when I was looking for hosting.
Answer: Hey there Mira - if you call into our customer support lines at 1-866-655-7679 we'd be happy to help!^MB
