Domain.com is a User-friendly Site and Easy to read, with Great prices and discounts with lots of Coupons for an even better purchase experience. Now, I would have given them a 5-Star review, except for the fact that I had hopped to have been guided on how to afterward link my new domain names to the website I had already created. Most people I think already know how to do this, but for me, all this is so new and foreign that I needed that extra help. But thanks though. Domain.com is still the best!

If I were better at this, I may rate it higher but you stopped your phone service right before I needed you most so this has been an ordeal.

I will let you all know now when web.com create YOUR website it is actually not your and you don't own it at all. There sales team forget to tell you that on the phone!
They will also sell you something and then start charging you loads of extras once they create your website which should be included in the cost of the website and once again don't warn you about these extra charges.
Avoid them.

The domain login went around the world to get a new pw... lousy... the email reminder i received to renew indicated the licenses would expire in 3 days but as i am viewing the renewals, all 3 targeted url's are 'auto renew' what a joke... your system sucks. JK
The website builder sucks. I am having a difficult time making my website be like I want. I would never choose this.
I went to cancel a renewal due to the cost of living. Popup box said there might be a better option. I waited forever on chat, which previously said waiting time was around 5 minutes. Not sure how long it has been now but it is too long.
When I originally called the customer service agent advised me that my website page would be transferred over from shopify. I spoke with another agent today who was rude and condescending stating that is was up to me as the customer to be aware of what package I was buying. I already told him that I was advised that based on the package I received, my website would be brought over. I am now having to spend time building another website with a very difficult program that doesn't accept jpeg files for product listings and gallery photos

Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.

Answer: I was working with a consultant from the Small Business Development Center when I began my business. She advised me to register my LLC and then to go to Register.com to buy the domain name before anyone else could. Later on, she suggested Register when I was looking for hosting.
