They are usually pretty fast though. I bought Cloud VPS hosting account at Hostmines, took the cheapest plan but I'm super made up with the services. Had some problems because i wasn't able to easily change from builder to wordpress but the support was very helpful. All looks good^^
Happy using Hostmines service. I've always had good, consistent service from tech and billing support services (although my experiences with them have been very limited as I haven't really had many issues that needed their assistance) and have never had issues with downtime for my site.

I was doubt about their quality and support as their price is cheaper and much discount rate. But I was wrong. Hostmines offer truly cloud hosting. Fastest server and no downtime. A yes of course the support is top notch.
Hostplax provides good cheap hosting. The supports good and they always seem prepared to go out of their way to get things done.
They have very reliable servers, fast speed and friendly customer support. I've called them many times and they never gave me a sign that I irritate them.
When our current service provider decided to stop hosting I was in a real panic as I am such a newbie that setting up and transferring our domain and e-mail could have been fraught with problems. Hostplax' customer helpline was invaluable. The customer service team were so helpful, knowledgeable, patient and available on the toll free line 24/7. Great service all round.
