Could not cancel the service on my own (there's no option) so was billed $74.98 twice. The chat agent told me that I cannot delete a service or delete/remove my primary card details or my profile. How dodgey is that?!

Terrible company to buy domain and email address. I purchased a domain and email address. It is obvisously a problem with Google Workspace and the company- still cannot access email. Ask for a refund since it was less than 30 days- I was told no because the email address was already active- although I was never able to access it. So now I have a web designer that cannot continue because I cannot access my email.
Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
