I cannot access my website builder and no one on the chat seems to be able to help or explain why. Worse, I've just discovered I cannot access my business's email, and I am unable to set it up because the Hosting option seems to be timing out every time I attempt to do so. As is, I'm seriously considering calling Web.com a write-off and buying a new domain name. The only thing stopping me right now is I have business cards printed with my email address (which worked_fine_ at my other hosting company).

Your representative Hana with whom I spoke today at 5:45pm Eastern time was VERY rude and obnoxious. I asked her to respond to my question regarding the name of web.com hosting company which needs to be added. First she said web.com??? setting up my emails in Outlook. She said that it may take time, and she gave me her word that she will call me back in 5 minutes. The 5 minutes were long gone.
May I ask why do do have such inferior help? I just moved my emails to you, and plan to move my domain and my website, as well. I would appreciate a response from you, not a robotic one with unrelated links.
Trash I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase any domains or hosting. Customer service options are terrible.

It has been confusing to set up workspace and verify the domain. Had to work with tech support chat for about 30-60 minutes to get it all done.
I purchased the web builder a few moths back and the 10 website hosting premium package for a year. After weeks of struggling to get the website builder to be able to build 10 websites, the support team eventually let me know that the builder only works for 1 website/domain, although I have a 10 website hosting package with them. I told them then I want a refund as this is not what I wanted and was not able to use it for my clients. They then came back to me and said that I was past the 3 day refund date and are not liable for a refund. Because of there staff and support team taking days to come back to me and took them 3 weeks to get the correct answer from them, now I loose money because of their incompetence. This is THEFT. I am from South Africa and is unable to phone their support center from South Africa.Even after a few months after I told them to cancel they still took my money on a monthly basis. They also dont have an option on their website to disable autorenewal. So even after I told them to cancel they took my money for 2 months afterwards and when I told them to do refund their response was "I am really sorry, the monthly renewal can't be refunded." This is Akarsh exact words to me. So I lost once again money of their incompetence. They are CRIMINALS
I have had a lot of trouble in the past with all the components of maintaining a web site. ProConsulting offered me a package deal of setting up a trimmed-down site that promotes primarily a single book, with links to the author, the book description and ways to buy the book. The team got the site up in the promised time frame of less than a month, and followed up all my instructions and revisions.
Not easy to navigate or use, also not been getting any assistance with connecting my domain even after the domain provider has confirmed all good on their end
My website keeps going to under construction despite fixing it several times. I will be leaving this service once i figure out how to do so because you need to be a computer geek to understand how to use your software and that i am not!

Having a little trouble figuring out how to set the A record to an ip address. Found your how to but it appears outdated as for how the screens should look.
Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.

Answer: I was working with a consultant from the Small Business Development Center when I began my business. She advised me to register my LLC and then to go to Register.com to buy the domain name before anyone else could. Later on, she suggested Register when I was looking for hosting.
