You have done a great job in servicing my domain, but I must close this (wistle.net) domain because I can no longer afford it. I have closed my business, and at 82 yrs old am retiring. I will not be renewing this year. Just let it run out and then cut it off. Thank you for your wonderful service through the past years.

I am trying to change auto renewal on my domain which I have already transferred to another site and I need to expire or cancel here so I stopped getting charged but I cannot figure out how to do it because it says auto renewal is locked on my account

First attempt to purchase saw a never-ending spinner next to "Total" that never finisged. Pasting the URL in a new browser instance got the cart moving again.

Am a complete novice at 80 but finding the site fairly easy
The setup instructions are the worst of any host i have worked with. Twice wrong information has been given, only to find out later from another support agent it was wrong info given by support, 2 support tickets have been opened. Both taking a long time with no resolution to date. The site has not been working with the custom domain name yet. I am three weeks into a website build that would have taken 4 hours on iPage. I am still waiting on a working site and wordpress dashboard. The constant upsells for paid support and insults that a professional was needed on the account have been horrid. Paid support should never be needed JUST to get the site up and running.
Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.

Answer: I was working with a consultant from the Small Business Development Center when I began my business. She advised me to register my LLC and then to go to Register.com to buy the domain name before anyone else could. Later on, she suggested Register when I was looking for hosting.
