Anytime I have an issue it is never solved. Only an email that says they're still working on it. They always take forever on the phone to only "transfer " my issue to "tech support " who never gets back to me. They only send an automated email and that's it I will be changing services when my subscription ends, so do not renew anything.

They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
