Webhosting should be billed monthly not annual so you lost my business on that option. I will go elsewhere for hosting. Everything else seems good.
Absolutely terrible experience with domain.com. I have been hosting with them for almost 2 years, on the 2nd July 2023 I requested migration from 365 to google workplace (and paid for this privilege). At this point they deactivated my current 365 business email. It is now the 7th July, I have had no access to my business emails, I have had multiple daily chats with the terrible support staff, who keep changing the reason for the delay, I even had one guy try to change me extra to fix the issue! Do not use domain.com, I'm moving to hosinger, who I use for other business, they are fantastic compared to domain.com
I am missing the most important domain I trusted to you.

Was not sent auto-renewal reminder as stated in the user agreement and was subsequently charged. Customer service said they couldn't reverse charge.
The most Awful experience I EVER HAD with your TECHNICAL SUPPORT. It is like dealing with a team of drunk people that continue to mishandle my issue and then mishandle communicating (lies, etc.). And the nightmare continues day after day after day. And every time, I'm promised another 24 hours and my problem will be solved, but that's just another lie, I guess. And these surveys, do the really mean anything? Is anyone going to get back to me to see why I'm having soooo many issues dealing with your customer service? Of course NOT!

Domain.com is very good if you want to buy a domain name, altough there are cheaper domain registrars that are comparable. I was very satisfied after I bought a domain name from domain.com but their price was too high this last year to renew the domain that I bought 2 years ago. 10 USD for a domanin name is a good price, but 27 USD to renew a domain is a very bad price. Thare are regsitrars where you can buy a domain name with 1 USD

They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.

Answer: I was working with a consultant from the Small Business Development Center when I began my business. She advised me to register my LLC and then to go to Register.com to buy the domain name before anyone else could. Later on, she suggested Register when I was looking for hosting.
