They are awful and they will hold your domains hostage system will crash and their customer service people are trained to cut you off the minute you arent buying something. I have never had such a god aweful exp with any company outside of a predatory loan from Pawnee. My site has been down and they will do anything to keep it hoping you will fold and just pay them. Their site builder is buggy and outdated and the whole thing is just a mechanism to ACH you for as much as possible run tf away.
I am trying to register a domain without the privacy and protection pieces. Any attempt to close that part out results in a blank screen overlay. Give the customer all options, not just the ones you would like to have.
I dont know how to switch the website builder form one domain to the next

I don't know why your platform charged me for two domains. I only wanted and selected the.com account, but it also charged me for a.online account, and when I try to turn off the auto- renew, it keeps going back to auto re-new again. Someone needs to contact me and fix this.

They are a bunch of scammers seriously avoid them at all cost, they made us waste money over 2 year ssl plan without providing us with the actual SSL on our domain! 5 days in contact with them without any progress or having our simple issue solved! Avoid at all costs!

Website creator is difficult to maneuver as is the website as far as cancelling renewals. I am very unhappy with that. It seems I have to talk to someone to make any changes. Not very user friendly in my opinion,
I started out on Godaddy, then without choosing so, got directed to your site, paid for 2 years before I realized I'd been duped. Had a conversation and tried to cancel, get a refund and that was impossible, though it was (with wait time) less than an hour old. Am calling credit card company to see what they can do.

Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.

Answer: I was working with a consultant from the Small Business Development Center when I began my business. She advised me to register my LLC and then to go to Register.com to buy the domain name before anyone else could. Later on, she suggested Register when I was looking for hosting.
